Had a new house system installed last year after ours of 15 yrs went:(From sales to install it was a smooth process:) Very happy with the entire system and work from McCutcheon’s:)

I Met the General Manager’s wife today. She was so nice and respectful, Understood what customer service is all about. Will definitely give them another try

Had a system installed while I was out of town. Sold me a very expensive r22 system that lasted 5 years, leaked & compressor went out.

What a waste of my time and money! It took them 5 weeks, 4 different visits, and over $ 4,000 to fix our AC unit. 6 months later the AC went up again and they blamed the problem on another issue not covered by their repair or parts! Each rep they sent out had a different opinion.
