Starbucks

I contacted a higher up in the company through the website. In return, a quick return, the company informed me that they would contact the local barista for proper making. He did apologize and with the info I have him I received a refund on my Starbuck’s card.
Not happy? Say something! Do it in a nice respectful way, you will receive something happy in return.

I LOVE this starbucks crew! They always have great customer service, and super fun personalities! I am stunned by other reviews (then again most people go out of their way to write a bad review, but I’m here to tell you the real deal as a regular!)
I’ve been enjoying this Starbucks since the mall opened with no issue. what’s great is when I have no idea what to get, they listen to my cravings and create exactly what hits the spot!
Andrew is a great example of leading by example as a Manager, and I am going to continue getting my Starbucks fix here :) highly recommend !!

Excellent and fast service for a quick stop while on the road! Easy to get in and out of when you’re in a hurry. PS Starbucks is on the left side of the store if you’re facing the Target.

This wasn’t the worst Starbucks I have been to but honestly I am not that complicated and I order pretty simple drinks. I am really easy to get along as a customer. However, the people who work here don’t seem to appreciate their job or maybe they were having a bad day? A day or two of additional training and this location can get better, or maybe they just need more experienced people to work there to show the others what to do.

This was perhaps the WORST, most poorly organized Starbucks I’ve ever been thru. There were 4 people working, a cashier, and 3 baristas. You would think that they’d be on point… you’d be wrong.
Having worked in this industry I was taken aback as I watched one fellow make my friends special request drink. He had to make it 3 times. Hint HEAVY CREAM is not skim milk and sugar free vanilla is not the same as regular. Pay attention to what you’re doing, tou might actually get some job satisfaction… ugh.
