Everyone is always so friendly at this Starbucks. The service is excellent, smiling faces! Coffee is always on point. This is my favorite Starbucks in the Sarasota/​Bradenton area.

It’s movie time. Rainy weather. Hot latte and even though I do not trust drive thru’s. Today was a Very Good Experience.
Lately the Warm Chocolate Gluten Free Cookies have been selling out. They have the consistency of a Brownie on the outside. And, a gooyie center. Soft melt in your mouth. Best part NO GLUTEN.

I ordered a tall… not venti. Learn to listen. I pulled up and ordered a TALL. The lady said oh here is your Venti. Nope I didn’t order a venti. It was a tall. Ugh if we had to live with these minor errors everyday then we’d all be bankrupt from the addional charges we didn’t or weren’t expecting. Why argue with the customer? Guess what? The customer is always right even if they are wrong.

This is a small but very efficient Starbucks. The staff is really friendly and the building looks pretty cute.

I tried out this location for the first time yesterday. Maybe I came in at a bad time, but it took about 2 – 3 minutes before I was able to place my order… with no line in front of me. I guess the staff was celebrating someone/​something, but it was awkward for me to just wait in front the counter, hoping someone would notice me to take my order, when there are 5 – 7 employees in front of me talking to each other.
Other than that, this location is very spacious! I will come back to study again, just because I can plug in my laptop.
Oh, and my vanilla latte tasted lovely.

Not far off the highway but signage is not too great. The service and product at this location are excellent. No outdoor seating. If you get to the CVS you have passed the Starbucks (coming from highway).
