Starbucks

Something is wrong with the way they prepare coffee at this Starbucks. I love Starbucks’ moccha but every time Inhave come to this location, it has tasted bitter and burnt and not sweet enough. I have actually thrown out my coffee several times and now refuse to go there. I actually go out of my way to go to a different location even though this is more convenient. What’s up!!!

Both times that I have been to this location, I felt that the baristas were a bit sad or distracted. It kindof put a damper on my experience, because I found myself worried about them. The condiment bar has not been clean on either of my visits and the café had trash all over the floor. There were about 5 or 6 people on the floor, milling about seeming lost or bored. The drive-​thru wasn’t packed, and the café had a few guests who were all seated, so maybe they just finished a rush?
It is a beautiful new location, with a great outdoor space. Fortunately, the weather was beautiful, so I sat outdoors where it was a little cleaner. I hate to complain, especially about Starbucks, but I know that if Ecosure surprised them, it would take a great deal to organize and clean what they could have utilized that down time to to.

Great service, fast and always has a smile. I prefer this Starbucks out of all the others in Sarasota.

I live up the street from this location on Clark Rd. Though it’s sometimes a little hard to get to, and parking, is not the best, it’s definitely worth the trip. The staff is always friendly and my orders are done as I ask for. This is a very busy location, so pick your times to relax inside or outside on their patio. The drive-​thru moves quickly, if you don’t have time to stop. My only drawback is that it sometimes gets a little loud, but it’s well worth the visit!

We usually go to this Starbucks Drive Thru on weekends with our dog. We’ve been doing it for about a year now. There is such a range in experiences with the barista/​attendent. Some are super friendly and others are very inattentive. Also, they provide a courtesy service of dog treats and on many occasions they say that they are out of them. We often drive to the Bee Ridge location instead because the service there has been far more consistent and they almost always have treats for the mutt :)

They always make my coffee right when I ask for a Grande Latte with 1.5 shots of espresso. The staff is friendly but very busy here.
They have a wide assortment of meals also. I love the snacks they have.
The only negative thing is lack of adequate parking.

The pluses for this Starbucks outweigh the only negative for me which is how jacked up the parking can be all the time especially in the morning. The service here is great and they keep the line moving in the drive thru. The look of this Starbucks is one of the best in Sarasota. He patio area is very nicely done, and it’s just as good or even better than the Starbucks on state road 70 because it’s more shaded. Another plus is they always seem to make your drink great every time

Best Starbucks in the area! Always a full line that moves quick and nice to see the same faces since it’s opening. Excellent lounging areas inside and out. Plenty of parking and it’s right next to the Goodwill bookstore, excellent! Tables and flooring always clean, service always pleasant and cheerful even with a full line you can hear camaraderie with the regulars. Will drive out of the way for this one :)

Fast service and the drinks are always exactly as I order them. I recommend trying the white mocha.

Over priced corporate garbage. Slow inept service. GMO supporters. Boycott Starbucks.

I love the ambience at this Starbucks. They have indoor seating and outdoor seating that has a roof and walls with openings, prefect for when it rains randomly. The outdoor seating also has ceiling fans, so it stays cool. Great study spot!

The best Starbucks, anywhere! This location is perfectly suited for the climate. The open-​air, outdoor portion is like part of the shop, just without windows. The palm trees are beautiful, I can’t wait to return!

My favorite Starbucks in Sarasota! The team is great and for some reason their drinks taste even better than at other Starbucks places. Dont ask me why, lol. Love the new interior design! Everybody here is doing a great job. Whether you wanna just chat over a cup of coffee or work out some business stuff, sit inside or sit outside, this is the place to go.
