Terrible service dept. Price gauge and argue warranty items. Drivers window does not seal therefore can hear wind in cabin. They tell me the car was attempted to be broken into and ripped the molding in 2 places so its not warrantied! $ 500+ to replace… wtf…assume thats the issue… the lil tears are not integral to the seal of the window… Management will be contacted. Very disappointed in American warranty! I bought a Caddy for the service!

These guys sold me my first US car and took an extra mile to have it delivered to my hotel in Miami Beach. Excellent service by Ron, he made sure everything worked just great.

I live north of Tampa which is about 85 miles from the dealership. I found the vehicle (2014 CTS VSport) I purchased on
and worked with Marshall Zimny from internet sales. I was on business trip on the west coast and negotiated with Marshall through text message which was very convenient with the three hour time difference. I provided all the require information to Marshal and pick up the car first thing Saturday morning. The finance advisor had all the paper work prepared and we speed dated through the signing process in less than 30 minutes. Best experience I had with over 12 vehicle purchases in my life. The Coast Cadillac team was very professional.
The only negative was when I got in the car I noticed the CUE system screen was delaminating in the corner which will require me to have the car serviced immediately after purchasing which I would not expect on a CPO CTS Vsport with less than 5000 miles.

My experience with Coast Cadillac was above expectations. Our sales rep was very professional– not aggressive. The sales manager (Scott) is the definition of customer service — professional and patient. Dealerships often get a bad rep (for good reason) — however — my experience was exceptional.

My wife and I bought 2012 Camry from Coast and Marshall Zimny handled the sale for Coast. It was a very pleasant experience. The folks at Coast are extremely professional and low-​key (a good thing from my point of view). When I need another car, I’ll call Marshall before I look anywhere else.

This is the only car dealership that I will deal with from now on, Marshall Zimny is an amazing employee, he is friendly truthful and is not someone who puts pressure on you to buy a car. I had the pleasure of working with Marshall and Becky who gave me tons of advice and treated me like family. I cannot wait to go back and purchase my next new car from Marshall! To sum it up you will get royal treatment from friendly good people who are down to earth!

I bought a used Saab from them when they were still a Saab dealer. I purchased an extended warranty from them for several thousand dollars (they love to sell them as it puts extra money in their pockets). I need a repair and now they tell me even though I am still under warranty they will not repair or cover my Saab. I will never but a car from them again.

I can’t be negative but I have to say do your research. I purchased a new 2013 SRX and asked several questions about the navigation system. I was misinformed that the system needed updates via DVD. The system, I discovered, updates itself periodically. What bothers me is is that as I did not have that information at the time of purchase; I was dissuaded from getting an SRX with navigation and was persuaded that turn by turn navigation from OnStar – included for a year – was superior. Well it isn’t, and depending on it is like driving forward while looking through the rear view mirror. That aside, I have no real claim against the dealership per se; but I encourage any buyer to arrive informed and not to rely on «everything» they are told. In short this was a shame on me experience. Other than that, I am satisfied with the car. When serviced, a loaner is provided and I have no complaints about the service. I have had the car for about 18 months now and it is a good car to drive. I did have a problem with the driver side power seat and the mechanism had failed but was replaced under the warranty. If it wen’t for the navigation issue, I would have awarded four stars.
A note regarding OnStar. Driving on New Jersey Turnpike we were stranded in a multi mile backed up accident. Remembered we had OnStar, called and they sent us a route that got us safely to CT. I may have misjudged their usefulness; but I did purchase a Garmin as I like to see where I am on a map. Also dropped OnStar as they don’t do the rerouting anymore but that’s an OnStar issue and has nothing to do with the dealership. And just found out OnStar still offers that service IF you sign up for now what’s called OnStar Premium.
