Where do I begin? I purchase glasses here Jan 2015 waited longer then expected for them to arrive. Since then I had to revisit the store twice for repairs to nose guard and screw that came out. The glasses are progressive and the thickess pair of glasses I have own in 15 years. My first and last pair I will purchase from this provider unfortunately my old provider retired. They could NOT give me an explanation why the same lenes are so much thicker then the same pair I purchase at my old provider. I can only think they use a different cheaper manafracture. I am completely unhappy with my glasses and unfortunately you never see the finish product until you PAY $ and they arrive.

I’ve bought my last few pairs of glasses here, each time with exams from their on-site optometrist. Care has been great and service excellent. This time, I needed a rush order based on an existing prescription. They under-promised and over-delivered! And the glasses were perfect. Oh, and I had a budget… and insurance. No problem. I’m not up to speed on competitive pricing, so I’m not going to risk 5 stars, but for service, selection and excellent care, 4 stars!

The employees are nice, but I don’t think they have their act together. I had a simple eye test for both glasses and contacts. I have no eye problems whatsoever and expected to walk in, have my eyes tested, and leave with my prescription – all in one visit. Wishful thinking. I arrived before my appointment time, waited 45 minutes to see the doctor, and he tested my eyes. I only was given my glasses prescription, because for reasons that are unclear to me, he wanted me to call the office when I got home to give him info on the box of my contacts. I did so, and then had to make a second appointment to get my contacts prescription. I expected to walk in and out. Nope, I had to wait another half hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. Finally got my contacts prescription. They didn’t measure my pupillary distance when I was there the first two times, so I went back a third time to get that done after another half hour wait. A day later, I ordered contacts online. The following day, the online company called Visionworks to confirm my prescription. They said they had no record of me, despite three visits in less than a month. I won’t ever be going back for a fourth.
