This is the worst managed Walmart I’ve ever been to and I’ve been in Walmarts all over the country. You can’t find anything. It doesn’t stock things I’ve found in every other Walmart. But the big problem is the employee attitude. I’ve had to use this store several times in the last six weeks or face a longer drive. At the photo lab, a young man just ignored us for 15 minutes or so, until we asked someone at the Customer Service counter if she could get someone to help us. She yelled over to him to get our prints. Both she & the photo shop guys were surly & rude. A few days later about 9 pm as I checked out, there was a knot of employees by the checkout counters, and although lights were on no one was at the checkout counters. I started down one and saw it was unmanned. A woman then told me, come on, I’ll get you, so I went back. The entire time she was checking me out, she and the checker behind me kept joking, talking, etc., over my head. Then another young man came by the sacks, and joined the fun. I addressed the cashier several times, but she did not respond or notice. She threw my stuff in bags recklessly. I was afraid to pick up my bags because I wanted to watch her — afraid she would overcharge, etc., since she was paying no attention to me. I got all my bags off the carousel except the last one, bread. She didn’t turn it around to me. Unbelievably, she picked up the bag and THREW it over the counter into my cart. She kept on playing with the boys as I stood there waiting for her to finish the transaction. But throughout the store, no employee ever goes out of his/her way to be nice. I said hello, and«excuse me» to several stickers who seemed likely to run over me. Not one spoke back. I know Walmart treats their employees terrible, and in this particular one, it shows that the employees don’t particularly care if customers are happy or not. Also, stock the store — it stays out of many products we buy regularly, and has products out with expired dates!
