Art Hub Academy

I started painting as a hobby and I have been visiting the adult class since last April.
The teacher is wonderful, giving you very easy to follow guidance and practical tips, helping you to master a medium and to build your own artistic style. I have been working only with oil and I already experienced great progress on my drawing skills, confidence with the brush, better understanding of composition and colours.
The studio is very welcoming, not big groups, so everyone gets individual feedback and support from the teacher. People in the class are very friendly and easy going.

I, always, wanted to paint but Didn’t know where to start. I took an evening class in an adult education class and was a total waste of time. I decided to give it a try with Art Hubb.
Jose, can make miracles happen. He is patient, kind, encouraging and very supportive. He started slowly with me, guiding me through every step. He would explain his technic and would show me, what I need to do and let’s me try it. I like his approach. I am more comfortable at drawing and painting. I love what I do thanks to him. He is always calm, has fun music in the background and the atmosphere is inviting. Thank Jose for your talent and support.

I agree with all of the previous reviewers and overall I have had a great experience attending classes at the Art Hub. People have different levels of art skills, yet Jose gives personal attention to each person. He keeps the standards high and gives good painting tips from his professional experience.
In terms of space, our class is small enough so that everyone gets personal attention and we are not crowded.
I’m very thankful to Jose who is very patient and has motivated me. I feel that I have improved considerably since I began. I don’t claim to be a great artist, and I understand that it is a long process with much hard work to achieve the experience to become one.
Painting is a wonderful hobby for me and I find it to be very therapeutic.
I really like this place, and I strongly recommend your classes to anyone who is looking for a great place to learn and practice the wonderful skills and techniques you teach.

I didn’t have any oil painting experience, I wanted to start it as a new hobby, and I am really glad I did it:)
Jose (the instructor) is very professional, knowledgeable and talented artist, He explains and teaches the technics very well by showing it first then he wants you to do it yourself and gradually you learn it by practice.
The other thing that I love about this studio is the flexibility of the classes! You can stop by when ever you have time to work on your painting.
The studio ‘s environment is very calm and friendly, for me doing painting is very relaxing and joyful .
I highly recommend this place if you want to start painting/​drawing.

So happy I found this art studio through Groupon, and I’m staying for the long haul. Jose is an excellent instructor and his passion and enthusiasm for art is contagious. As a beginner, I was offered a lot of instructions, encouragement, and constructive criticism that allowed me to learn so much in a short period of time. I’m extremely happy with and proud of the paintings I was able to create here. Also, I love coming to class because of the environment — everyone is extremely friendly and enthusiastic about art!

Love this studio! Signed up for one of the classes and it was a blast. Jose is very passionate about what he does. The class was very instructional, fun, and allowed you to bring out your own creativity to create something beautiful! Highly recommend this studio. he offers lots of different classes, so there is something for everyone!
