I bought a pair of diamond studs, asscher cut, platinum, here approximately seven years ago (!). I absolutely LOVE my earrings. I searched many places in the San Jose area before deciding to buy at Felice. I liked their quality, customer service, and above all the quality of their jewelry. I have had these earrings since then and they still look amazing. I’ve never had any issues (diamonds are secure, the prongs don’t catch on anything, etc.) and I would buy here again.

My fiancé bought my wedding band from here. They have a ncie selection of men’s wedding bands, not too small, not too big. We went in and picked it out together and needed to have it within 4 weeks. The ring was custom made within 10 days and I received a phone call when it was ready. They also cleaned and polished my fiancé’s engagement ring, even though I didn’t buy it from there, for no charge. Jim Filice, the owner, was very personable and helped in the selection of the perfect band in the price range we had. We had actually just come from another large jeweler and we got better service, a better band, for the same price. It was truly a wonderful experience and he offered to clean my fiancé’s ring whenever we wanted free of charge. Thanks Jim!!!
