Wasn’t acknowledged… But seemed approachable and polite during interactions with departing customers…

After a very unpleasant experience at the lids in burlington mall with a manager named Sean, I made a trip to this location. The girl who returned my hat was very nice. The store is kept very well also. I wish I got her name, very professional! She was a manager.

Great for my head. Not so much for my wallet. I got tons of hats, most of which I’ve gotten from Lids. It’s hard to stop when there’s so many different varieties. The only bad thing is when the best hat on the rack isn’t in your size. And when you walk up only to find a «be back in 15 min» sign on the store gate.

The first step is admitting you have a problem… I have a slight addiction to fitted hats, I cant get enough. The slight problem is have a slightly smaller then enormous head and its hard to get my size sometimes. But this Lids is the best I’ve been to… and I know people are thinking that’s like saying one McDonald’s is better then another but its not. First off they have a crazy selection of hats. Being from Boston severely limits the variety hats to wear seeing as wearing anything but a Sox hat is blasphemy and is punishable by broad public opinion that your a dick. So they have Sox hats in tons of different colors which I like. I cant stand the ones with crazy patterns they just look ridiculous. Also the guys who work here are cool, I mean its a hat store they is no need to say sir or mam. Just toss me a hat and give me an honest opinion if I look like an ass say so, no sugar coating. And that’s what you get in Saugus, its the place to go for the rest of you hat junkies.
