I really don’t enjoy shopping at huge chain stores like this. I find the tons of baby products all over a bit overwhelming and having to sort through useless stuff to find the actual practical stuff that I need. However, the people at this particular store(in this particular location) are what make this place fantastic. I was approached by someone asking if I needed help and instead of just showing me where to find my stuff, she pointed out where on the shelf to find my items, and which of them were highly reviewed. I’d actually been reading up on reviews before I came, so it really struck me that they knew the products so well. That’s the sort of thing I expected from a much smaller store. Clean bathroom, nicely maintained room for nursing, good selection of products stocked, and ample parking.

Good friendly customer service both on the floor and at the register. I asked an associate on the sales floor about a larger quantity box of an item and while it was not immediately available on the sales floor a moment later they found it for me. Most of the time in big box locations you may get a little help and then a shrug if it isn’t where they thought it would be… not here this associate did a good job. At the register i received friendly professional service as well. –1 star for the obnoxious long receipts with useless coupons for even small transactions. Three items…26 inch long receipt. Pretty wasteful.

Wow, times have changed– can’t believe I’m reviewing Babies R Us. Well, I’m undecided on how much I do or don’t like this place, but I do know the following: –The place is empty every time I enter(5 – 6 occasions), so I don’t know if I have luck in avoiding the crowds or if the crowds simply avoid this store. –I’m sort of undecided on the value– the registry process is great, as they have a ton of stuff. They engage in a lot of discounting/couponing, which is great, but they seem to be fairly quick expirations, which I don’t like, but that’s their trick to get me back in… –We had a positive experience with a furniture item/delivery, and their prices are competitive for sure on those items vs other stores competing in the baby furniture space. –The convenience and expediency of delivery sites, like , surely hits stores like this hard on the staples, but if you need something for your baby THATDAY, there is a 99% chance there will be 5 varieties of it at this store. All in all, I get a migraine when I go here, but I’m sure I’ll be back as it plays a role in parenting…

I have a 20 month old daughter and live near by, so have had many trips and experiences here. I have had a range of service here, from really helpful and knowledgeable people helping me to understand particular products to some people who were still trying to figure it out. 85 percent of the time I have been satisfied with the help I received there. The last time I was there I was helped by Matt, the store manager. He is the reason for the 5 stars above. It is time for us to purchase the toddler rails for our baby’s crib. They were not in stock and Matt knew it would be a long time before that store would see them again. I told Matt that our baby was already able to ride the crib like a horse and soon she would be falling on her head, quite a distance, from the top of the crib railing. Long story short, Matt spent an hour on the phone, calling other stores and being put on hold for several minutes at a time. He didn’t give up, and finally found a store in Washington that had what we needed and had them ground ship it to their store for us. In my opinion, Matt is the epitome of customer service and I am so grateful for him taking the time and energy to research and go above and beyond to solve our problem. He could have just left it as, «sorry there’s nothing in stock and I don’t when the manufacturer will have more.» He could have gone back to his day. He heard me and understood our problem and did everything in his power to get us what we needed. I find these days, that customer service can seem like it’s going extinct. I really value people who can offer it, especially when they aren’t getting a commission for it. Thanks again Matt!

I went to this Babies R Us for a last minute baby shower gift… I printed out the registry and started aimlessly walking around trying to find a gift. Not knowing anything about baby brands, products, etc… I felt overwhelmed… but I was so lucky because every single aisle I entered a worker asked if I needed help and helped me to find whatever product I was looking for. I was thoroughly impressed! Minus one star because a couple of the items listed as in store were not actually there. but the customer service was outstanding!
