Purchased a sofa from their marketplace. Adam was extremely helpful in getting me to see it and arranging for transportation and delivery. He even assisted with me a few months after the sale when I needed additional info so that I could purchase matching pillows. Would absolutely use them again.

First off let me just say:

Jak. W fills a huge gap in the interior design/​high end resale furniture department! I was so elated to find them. I found Jak. W while trying to offload my high end, barely used furniture. We were selling our house, trying to sell all furniture and craigs list just wasn’t reaching the correct buyers. Everyone was trying to low-​ball me as if I had purchased my designer pieces from Ikea. I then looked into estate auctioning which was worse than Craigs list! Furniture does horribly at Estate auctions.
I very quickly realized that it is very hard to find buyers for high end pieces. I was at a loss as to how to sell this furniture.
With all of my web research I finally came across Jak. W!
These guys really worked with me and educated me on the best way, and pricing in getting my furniture sold.
All I had to do was show them the pieces, sign the listing agreement and Adam took care of the rest. He did everything from showing the piece to securely executing the sale to arranging pick up and delivery. They are set up to take credit cards, so your buyer can pay via credit. No awkward cash exchanges like with craigs list.
I recovered more money than I could have by selling it on my own, and it probably sold more quickly as they have a ton of contacts in the design world.
On another note, I will check out their site for furniture and work with them to furnish my new place as they only take the highest quality and in like new shape pieces. You can find some amazing deals on their marketplace page of the site.
