I was told twice to use the coupons on-​line. When I finally brought in a coupon I was told I could not use it. I was told I had to present it at the time of dropping off my laundry. I was never told this and I hate businesses who do not except their coupon at the time you present them. It is a good way to up the price! If you use them, warning bring your coupon at the time you drop off your laundry. I have decided to change to Pilgrim.
