Service was fast — 24 hrs for 2 pairs of slacks — but the price was twice what I’ve paid at other places. Not worth it.

Here is my honest opinion of this place:
1. Expensive for dry — cleaning basic dress slacks and dress shirts
2. I got my clothing home and it seemed like items were missing. After thinking about it and realizing one of my white shirts weren’t returned, I called them. They looked and told me it was there, but still being worked on. Really? Why would you call and say everything was ready, but not mention this
3. They don’t give you an invoice when you drop things off so that you know what you brought in.
4. They put another one of my orders under someone else’s name once, making it very difficult to pick my things up.
I’ll never, ever go back here.

I brought 2 suits, a pair of dress pants and dress to Ron’s and what I received back was very disappointing. One of the suits looked worse when I got it back, it was all wrinkled. The dress was not in the group when I picked them up the first day and I had to call them back to figure out where it was. They told me there were «greece» stains on the dress and they kept it to try and get them out. It took them a week to get the dress back to me. Don’t use this place I made the mistake of thinking they knew what they were doing…
