Dollface By Jules

I was recently married in Savannah and had the joy of working with two amazing artists from Dollface by Jules– Emily (hair) and Mandy (makeup). I was coming from across the country so I didn’t really get to meet them until the day of. I only provided them with a few pics but they really exceeded my expectations and gave me exactly what I wanted and couldn’t articulate.
Emily literally had to take apart my floral headpiece and intricately wove the flowers in my hair, creating a beautiful and unique piece from scratch– she gave me exactly the look I wanted and more.
I think I showed Mandy only one pic and from that she was able to create exactly the unique look I wanted. She even provided me with custom blended lipstick and a brush to re-​apply throughout the rest of the day.
Finally not only were these women extremely talented but they were amazingly calm, kind, and warm. My room was fuelled with chaos and my family is completely nuts– they maintained professionalism and were a blast to work with. I was sad when they were finished and had to go! I am so grateful and may never look that good again! Amazing ladies!

Jules is awesome and her work was great, but the price is a bit steep. I would have probably booked someone a little more reasonable if it weren’t so last minute. Maybe would have even gone to the MAC or Bobby Brown counter in the mall so I could have at least kept the makeup from the appointment.
But overall, if you have the money, I’d say go for it. She even sent me a thank you card with our photo on it after the wedding, which was a nice touch.
