Please save your money and go elsewhere. One location could not fix it so I took it to a different location and nothing has changed. My husband wasted his money. Do not pay attention to the reviews on their website, they’re all positive reviews and you will regret it. I had high hopes for this place.

Initially I had good things to say about this place – they fixed my screen twice Then my battery started to die and they told me it was a software issue. Then I went to apple who said it was a failed battery, which was probably failed from them fixing my screen. Never again

Fast iPhone 6 screen replacement. Friendly staff, competent repair, and a fair price(~$ 150). I’d use them again for screen replacement in Savannah.

No one likes to spend money on a broken screen, but it’s comforting to know that this place not only fixes it within a hour, but also stand by their warranty. I recently had my wife’s phone fixed, a day later the multi-touch just wouldn’t respond. I took it back and they were doubtful is was an issue with their work, but they took care of me anyway. Turns out it was a hardware issue that AppleCare took care of. I hope I don’t have to go back, but with the more than likely chance of cracking a screen again, I will go to this place. Fast and dependable.

This is an update to my initial review… after my first review, I was contacted by the management who was eager to win my business back. I thought this showed responsiveness and a desire to serve their customers. He accepted my feedback and shared details of changes that were already being implemented. But, I would not change my review simply because he asked… instead, I broke my phone again and had no choice but to give them another chance. Unfortunately, I was unable to assess any possible changes in the quality of repair, but, I will say that the clerk was more technically focused on my problem and less concerned with me filling out forms or with me leaving my phone and a deposit with no guarantee that my phone could even be fixed. Based on the clerk’s assessment and my timely breaking of the phone on the eve of my 2 year contract expiring, I decided to wait 20 long hours to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 6 and upgraded the review by two stars for the management responsiveness and my interaction with the desk clerk.

Well I had cracked the screen on my iPad4 pretty good. A coworker of mine had his iPhone repaired here and said it was pretty good. Considering that the closest Apple store was in Charleston, SC and the cost to repair a screen is $ 300(out of warranty), I figure I would save some money and time if I had my iPad screen replaced here. Customer service was very helpful and quick. I filled out the usual form and they promised they would have the iPad repaired within 2hrs. They called me back after 1.5hrs to tell me it was done. I inspected the work and upon first glance it looked like a good job. The lady who was helping me noticed that one of the corners wasn’t seated all the way down and took it back to the technician who worked on it. Their excuse was that my case was out of whack a little bit. I could not see what they were talking about. So I figured what the hey the screen looks like new now. I keep my iPad in a Targus case that hugs the corners, so the corner lifting up slightly was not an issue for me. After using it for a while I noticed that the home button was not flush with the glass any more. It is more recessed in the glass. Feels like I am pressing on a reset button when I press the home button. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the replacement glass was slightly larger than the back case in all 4 corners, which explains why one of the corners is lifting up. All in all you get what you paid for. The repair was not the best I have seen but glad it was not the worst I have seen. Next time I break an iPad screen, I would be happy to pay the $ 300 for Apple to replace it, even though I would have to drive 2 hrs to get there. If your want quick and fast without expecting Apple quality, then this is the place for you.

Instead of sending my phone in to apple, paying 100 dollars, wait for the repair and for them to mail it back to me… I chose to take my cracked screen to this place instead. Not only was the price the same as apple, but they fixed it in an hour. I was able to carry on as usual and my phone looks like new! This is my new go to place for any phone damage I may need to fix.

I’m very greatful that I didn’t have to wait in line to be serviced and got my phone back same day service. Prices are great for repairs, only reason I gave two stars is because when I got my phone back it did not charge or turned on for a hour. I took it back and apparently was told it was my battery and the tech supposedly«replace» my battery. after all it’s all good after that my phone worked really good, until recently a few days ago which my phones screen decides to break on me(not blaming them for this) I decided to open up my phone and check it anything was loose. following step by step instructions on ifixit website come to find out my phone had a missing plate, two screws, and the pad for the camera light was missing, that was the first time I ever opened up the phone and checked myself… I’m not sure if I want to take it back here for repairs finding that there’s missing parts from my phone after they repaired it for me few months ago. I think no phone should be missing screws and plate cover even if it doesnt effect the function why would they design those parts there in the first place unless the tech losted while taking everything out.

After almost two years of having my iphone4 I dropped it in the driveway and heard the screen shatter. I went to Verizon and tried to figure out a way to get a new phone without paying a fortune, extending my contract, or going without a warranty/insurance. Their options didn’t solve my problem. A family member told me about iRepair and I went in this morning. The location was friendly and I dropped off my phone, filled out a small amount of paperwork and was on my way. They quoted me an hour and I came back after almost two and my phone was finished and looked brand new. For $ 99 they replaced my front screen, and I had a few scratches on the back and decided to get that replaced as well for only $ 19 more. I have no complaints at all, this helped my situation completely and without spending too much. I could have bought the kits online myself for cheaper but I heard it is a lot of work and probably would have just made things worse. With the replacement they give a 60 day warranty which I think is more than generous, they don’t have to do that but it’s a nice sign that they feel their product will hold up.
