Oy Vey! NONONO Way! The froyo is icy and too sweet, the options are few, and the flavors all taste the same: SUGARBOMB and ICE. The toppings were old, the cookies were stale. Not a place to get the best froyo of your life. I give them two stars because the employee was very nice, and you do get your own sample cups, so that’s something I look for in a Froyo place. I hate when employees get their fingers on my sample cups. Not hygienic. Here they trust you’re not going to pile a mount on your little sample cup, and they leave you to your own devices. This I appreciate. No parking nearby, only street parking. The restroom was clean enough. Honestly what wasn’t working for me here was the ACTUAL frozen yogurt. Calling it «mediocre» is actually a compliment. I won’t come back, though the lady behind the counter was nice. I’m not coming in for a smile, I’m comin in for my daily dairy fix, and this place, just didn’t do it for me.

I popped in here for something to keep me from becoming hangry but not ruin my dinner. I’ve eaten FroYo before, but every time I end up making something stupid that I later regret. So, I decided to do the thing we all dread: DUMDUMDUM… I asked for help. The guy on staff was a SCAD student and he was super helpful. He ultimately lead me into making a smoothie instead of yogurt since I was walking. I decided on Red Velvet yogurt, angel food cake, cinnamon and almond milk. Don’t knock it til you try it! The smoothies don’t fill up to the rim unless you fill the cup with enough yogurt and fillings: they’re blending them after all. I was told this before I finished my decisions, and it was very helpful. It’s such a cool little vibe and nice people on staff. I don’t know why I’ve never stopped in before. I’m a fan.

Wonderful selection of flavors and tasty toppings. Love that they had Taro that is not carried by most other shops. Will definately stop there again on my next visit to Savannah.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My friend and I were craving frozen yogurt after dinner and found this place on Unilocal. We called to confirm their closing time and were told 10:30pm by a worker by the name of Alex. We walked 1.1 miles in high heels to this place to find it closed at 10:07. Another couple walked up and a worker, who I’m assuming is «Alex,» let in his 2 friends to come hang out with him at work. This was an extremely disappointing experience and completely unprofessional. I am guessing the worker must have been confused and/or high when he told us the wrong time. Can’t imagine what him and his friends were up to in the shop after closing hours… Not the best first impression of Savannah. We ended up walking to Leopold’s for ice cream.

With all the great ice cream in Savannah, why come here for bad frozen yogurt? We’ve all been there — that group of friends who want a frozen snack but not ice cream heavy. Hey what about frozen yogurt? That’s healthy… ish. So you end up here, at a frozen yogurt place run by a high school student with 12 flavors, all of which tastes a little… off. At least the toppings were fresh — not well stocked, but what was there was pretty fresh. They also have a neat divider, that way you can get three different frozen yogurts with out blending them together! Innovation is a wonderful thing. Overall…meh. Just eat the bad-for-you ice cream and don’t try to kid yourself that this is somehow a healthier alternative after you add pieces of Kit Kat, Milky Way, those fruit juice ball things, and sour gummi worms.

I went in on a Thursday after my class, the store was clean and the girl working was helpful and talkative. I would have given this place more stars if I hadn’t seen around 10 roaches crawling around in the store. When I mentioned it to the girl she sheepishly replied that it was getting taken care of. Cool place, and a nice staff but the roaches are a deal breaker!

La Berry has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only was I over charged for my melted yogurt, but there was a very limited selection to choose from and the toppings were disappointing at best. I love fruit on my froyo but all the fruut toppibgs were old or rotten. With better management and custoner service, La Berry has some potential. Until then, I will not be back. EVER!

This place is great for vegan, lactose intolerant and gluten free people. There are choices for all. This is my second trip in the past year(I live out of town). The flavors were good, topping were fresh and service was great. When we’re back in Savannah we’ll be back again.

Typical Frozen Yogurt chain. Clean and friendly. Decent view of the street allows for some people watching. Can’t go wrong with it but very generic.

La Berry is a nice frozen yogurt shop with about a dozen different flavor yogurts that change every day. When they first opened in this location the décor was very modern, and the staff was friendly and informative. Now when we stop in the staff barely looks up to greet you, doesn’t offer sample cups, and the topping area is often messy and the fruit doesn’t seem fresh. If you’re downtown it is worth it to stop by and try them.

Good idea yet bad execution. Most things were out of order so there were only 3 flavors to choose from. Apparently the one employee does both cashier work and work in the back room. Had to wait a while to get service. The quality is way overpriced for basically glorified junk food. I posted two photos showing the amount you get for $ 5.00. Crazy. We are visiting from SoCal. Juices/smoothies are the«thing» there. Healthy and delicious. They cost about half as much as this place. I hope better places open up in savannah so you can see what you’re missing!

I wasn’t all that impressed by the lack of flavors available and how most were very runny coming out of the dispenser. And after sitting down to enjoy, I immediately decided that my experience was mediocre, at best… but then I found a long, black hair in my yogurt and that really sealed the deal for this blonde! Yum, yum… NOT!

What’s not to love about froyo? Oh yeah, they only use 3 ingredients and their servings are super low cal! Mango was amazeballs! Husband had the pumpkin and he had to get seconds! Pop in, you won’t regret it.

Pay by weight, not by toppings. They have outside seating if you want to enjoy your icy goodness in the heat or in the evening air. Plenty of toppings to choose from. Fun and fresh. Clean and friendly.

I wish I could add 5 more stars. I live in Manhattan, New York, where there are thousands of yogurt places but I would fly back to Savannah just to have frozen yogurt from La’ Berry. It’s the best not too sweet, PERFECT. PLEASECOMETONEWYORK. Everyone, the staff SONICE. THEPLACEWASVERYCLEAN. Perhaps I’m from the fro-yo world of yogurt land and pink berry, but this place was disappointing. The flavor selection was pitiful, the toppings were cut into huge pieces(adding to your cost), and the staff ignored the customers. It took me way too long to check out/weigh.

Wanted to grab a snack so I headed down to the shop. I walked in and there was no one at the counter… I saw someone sitting and though that they worked there, but wound up embarrassing myself. I waited for 5 minutes saying«hello» before anyone came out. The lady was like my person stepped out and didn’t say anything, great… I asked if I could taste a few favors but the machine was down, so they only had 4 flavors. The lady disappeared again and never came back out so I left… Horrible service, won’t ever go back…

I swear by froyo! best dessert especially in these warm spring/summer times :) I get original tart with fresh kiwi, strawberry, mango boba, pinapple and blueberries. On the side I get taro or coconut flavored froyo with mochi mmmm…

I’m not sure where the other 5 star reviews came from, but it is NOT5 star worthy. Possibly 3… MAYBE4 to some people. First, let’s review Fro Yo. There is the Fro Yo that is super d’lish with flavors that resemble that of the name… like peanut butter tastes like peanut butter, strawberry tastes like strawberry. This isn’t one of those places. This Fro Yo place is the kind that has froyo that taste like yogurt with some flavoring. Gross! If I wanted yogurt I’d open my fridge and grab a container. The toppings were okay. There are more options at Sweet Frog. With that said they didn’t look maintained, different toppings that had been dropped in other containers, random pieces sitting around the rim. Clearly no one care to clean up. The customer service was shaky. It was obvious that she either didn’t care or had a hang over or both.

After our eating debacle at Wild Wing Café(eek!) my friends and I decided to check this place out. I had passed it the previous night on my way to dinner and even at 9 p.m., it was full of folks. We were not disappointed. La Berry’s set up is almost identical to the Yogurt Tap in Decatur, GA and apparently a similar model to other yogurt buffet places in the U.S.(Pinkberry, Tangysweet, etc.). Everything about this place just screams«a good time to be had in Savannah!» There were about eight different varieties of yogurt — everything from pumpkin to mango — and the usual suspects for toppings with some choices I haven’t seen elsewhere(lychee and mango boba like in bubble tea!). I had a cup of mango fro yo with strawberries, mandarin oranges, mango and blackberries. Effin delicious! A total palate cleanser after that horrid lunch. What I also loved about this place was the cute, charming woman in charge and the arty décor — all very Savannah. I love the fact you can sit on cushions right near the window, especially on a sunny day, and just people watch while devouring what Roald Dahl would only call«scrumdidlyumptious» yogurt.
