Overpriced food, not that much selection, and here’s what I mean by it: wanted to bring something nice and gourmet to a dinner party. Just because something is organic doesn’t mean it’s going to taste great, and this place downt have the selection that a fresh market has. Their produce seems ok, but so does publix

this has become our go to spot for groceries and especially pizza. the prices and quality are both very reasonable, the atmosphere is that of a bustling market, there’s ample selection of everything, most items are tagged«local» but that actually means«300 or less miles away», which is funny because they’ve got ABITA on tap as the«local» brew of the day and I’m pretty sure that’s from Louisiana, not Georgia. like 150% sure, but the guy behind the counter wants to stand his ground and tell me there’s an ABITA brewery in Savannah, ok buddy. the pizza is really good — I always get the«pesto veggie» because it’s got a great mix of tomatoes, kalamata olives, peppers, shrooms, cheese(even feta) but the quality is becoming hit or miss. the pizza I just got has half as many veggies as the one I got last Sunday and no olives… the customer service is starting to suck now too, like — there’s a barista standing there looking into space, she can’t slide two feet over to my boxed and ready to go pizza and check me out so I can go? This was a 5 star spot for the first month it was open. it is now three stars. get back on track, Lucky’s, or I’ll be going back to whole foods.

Excellent grocery store with lots of unique in-house products. Kind of a cross between Trader Joe’s(but not as good) and Whole Foods or Fresh Market. IMO it’s better than either of the latter as the optimization of price and quality is far more spot on. Alas, we don’t have a TJ’s, which would be best, but Lucky’s will do. They have competitive prices on produce and cheese and lots of cool unique products of their own. The usually have a good sale on some beer also. Definitely worth it!

This place is awesome, and the price of fresh produce is a miracle to all of us that eats tons of fruit, and veggies but have a budget to upkeep.

I love Lucky’s Market! They have a wide variety of fruit and vegetables at an affordable price. Customer services training is still needed for staff in the pizza and deli area but other than that I can say this is a great place to shop. No matter your budget you can eat well! I know Wal-mart is opening a neighborhood market close to my house but I will not frequent because the food quality there is sub-par. Overall, my thoughts are Savannah lets keep this place open!

This place is what savannah needed… the freshest and widest array of vegetables and fruits… at very reasonable prices… an amazing array of the most amazing cheeses… very impressive display of in store fresh sausages and freshest cuts if beef and pork. Add to that a pizza making station of fabulous ingredients… for takeout… or a constantly changing selection of pizza for sale by the slice… I don’t drink but there is an attached section which appears to sell a wide array of bets and wives. Drawbacks… Shortcomings… None that I can think of… Bottom line… if you live in savannah you gotta check this place out!

I am in love with this store. Like everyone is probably going to refer this place as «a reasonably priced whole foods», they are right. This place actually has a few items Whole foods doesn’t! Like Dr. Bronner’s soaps and Terra Whey protein powder. Lucky’s has way more protein powder selections! They even have Lucky Buddha beer which is worth a try and I absolutely couldn’t find it in San Diego and boom it’s here. They have samples!!! Anybody wins in my book if you have samples lol. They have health/supplement drink samples and all of the snacks in the dispensers are up for sampling. Please be courteous and ask the worker before putting your hands all over the dispenser. thanks! I feel like they might take that away if it gets out of hand and then I will have to find you –_– anywho. I think it’s cute how on the cashiers name badge they make them state what’s there favorite hobby. So far I’ve seen dancing and cooking, kinda strikes up a good conversation :) happy shopping!!!

Lucky’s market just opened in Savannah. More disappointed I could not be. I spent a total of 90.14 and too much on inferior products. #1– the 1 lb. of ground chuck I’m sure was Not chuck because it gave off no fat and didn’t have the flavor of chuck. That was my sister’s opinion as well. That was almost 8 $ a lb., very expensive for ground beef. #2-The 3-head pack of organic romaine lettuce was almost all rusty. It yielded the equivalent of 1 decent head once cleaned. Too bad I don’t have a pet rabbit for the waste. # –3 The 4 oz. package of organic basil was 10.99, which I didn’t know until I got home and looked at the receipt. 10.99 for 4 oz. !!! #4– I bought 2 types of apples, only 1 of each, and both had the strangest texture inside-didn’t look appetizing at all. I’ve never seen that in an apple like that. Where’s the bunny? I took a pic to show manager. #5– They don’t carry many of the products I normally use in place of processed, high gluten foods I can get at Whole Foods. #6– I bought a piece of salmon which was just ok, small o, small k. In general the seafood didn’t look that great and they had only 1 variety of shrimp… already pealed, but very small. #7– My sister wanted spare ribs. They only had frozen baby backs. In pork lovin’ Georgia, no spare ribs… what? #8– I won’t be shopping there except for the occasional stop coming home from the airport, and only because it’s on the convenient side of the street

Let’s bow our heads and have a moment of silence for Fresh Market. Fresh Market lived a long & happy, oh their cause of death they had a horrible case of Lucky’s. Lucky’s is a combination of Whole Foods & Fresh Market with a boatload of local products. They make bacon in house who does that along with cookies, cakes and a host of there items. They have organic fruits and vegetables for the health conscious folks out there. Unlike both Fresh Market & Whole Foods their prices for the organic stuff are very affordable which helps all families be able to afford them. I was thoroughly impressed with Lucky’s from the overall feel of this place & how the store employees were so willing to help me. I’m sorry Fresh Market but I’ve found a new love, it wasn’t you I hope we can still be friends.
