Spoke with a sweet educator by the name of Katie and the level of customer service was AMAZING!!!
Mind you this was Monday morning and she was extremely knowledgable and patient in helping me decide on a size and getting it shipped out to me. I just can’t say enough good things about Katie!!!
This store is so lucky to have such a great employee!!! Just Katie alone makes this location a 5+

I’m a lululemon lover, and this showroom although small is amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I’m not sure how on Earth this store got anything less than 5 star reviews!!! Yoga classes offered and free yoga sessions sometimes, plus an amazing selection for a smaller location. LOVE my lululemon showroom Savannah… Make it a big store!!!
Courtney and Sara (the manager) are amazing, and went out of their way to help me try and find a product I desperately want. Overall deserving of all 5 stars.

This one’s for my wife. Generally when on vacation, we visit the lululemon store in the town we’re in because my wife wears the stuff constantly. This is just a showroom — as Lululemon evidently sets up showrooms in new cities to test out market strength and to get their name in the community — before they open a full fledged operation. So it’s SMALL. They do have a good selection of stuff, and my wife found the pants she was looking for. The staff was friendly and attentive. No complaints, but definitely not a large selection — especially for men’s stuff.

After reading the other review, I almost decided to skip the store entirely. Boy, I’m glad I didn’t!
I was greeted promptly as I opened the door by two very friendly young ladies wearing their own lululemon products. I told them what I was looking for and was given exceptional customer care right away. They were helpful, selected items and sizes, and were never pushy or over-​bearing.
The store was very cute with several rooms of clothes. There was even a nice sale rack by the dressing rooms. I noticed a toy box for moms with kids, and outside was a dish of water and dog treats for passing pups!
I walked out with four items and I’m very pleased with all of them. Great store, great clothes, and great service!

I visited this store while vacationing in Savannah this past weekend. The store is TINY and the customer service was nonexistent. It was not the typical Lulu experience. The two young ladies working were to busy to acknowledge my presence or offer me assistance. I had to approach a girl looking lost in the rear of the store and inquire if she worked there… she did. I don’t know if this was a stereotype issue or what but they definitely need to get it together. Needless to say I did not purchase a thing and I have been a loyal Lululemon shopper for the past 7 years. Did I mention I’m in amazing shape? I hate to think of what others have experienced here.
