It is unfortunate that I have to give this location one star. If I could give zero stars I would. My mother who has never been to a William-Sonoma didn’t notice what I noticed but we had been in the store for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to us. This normally would not have been a problem but there were virtually no customers in the store. Let me mention that we had planned on buying some items from the store but I will never purchase a single thing from this location again! I will also be writing a letter to their corporate office about my visit.

If you love to entertain or love to cook this is the place for you. You’re greeted with a warm smile the moment you enter & the staff offers to assist as you make your way in. They don’t pester you but allow you to roam freely as you wander around looking at all the amazing things that they have. Keep in mind that this is a upscale establishment and their prices reflect that so if you looking so on the cheaper side then this isn’t the place for you. However although pricey their products are built to last and in most cases well worth the extra expense. The offer both kids & adult cooking classes & they also send out emails about upcoming events.

I’ve been coming to the shopping center that Williams Sonoma is located in for close to a year now, but never stopped in until today when I was on a hunt for something to make my daughter lunch a little extra special. I had planned on getting some small cookie cutters to cut shapes out of her food, but they didn’t carry any. I did come away with the cutest little egg molds. The store is beautiful and I found both the staff I interacted with to be helpful and friendly.

No question beautiful stuff, well arranged, well presented(and grossly inflated price-wise). But rude, a bit arrogant sales staff — to be sure. My wife and I came in as we have shopped W-S in California with good experiences. This place — wow — seems to be managed by people too«full of themselves», and certainly not interested in being responsive to guest requests. In fairness, there were 2 clerks who perhaps wanted to be of help, but a complete lack of experience, perhaps poor training, and management who did not step in to ‘manage customer expectations’ left us wanting. Too easy to cross the street to the Kitchenware store, where we know we will be treated better.

Too bad this is so pricey. Love the high end kitchen equipment they sell here. This place is great for the average Stepford wife, the Smiths, keeping up with the Jones’ or if you just love having dinner parties. Channel your inner Martha Stewart and pick out all the fixings for a fancy party here. They also have cooking classes. Love it. Welcome to Savannah Williams-Sonoma, we know how to party here.
