Zaxby’s Restaurant

Aside from them being busy and service slow, when I received my order the french frys were warm (not hot) the chicken nuggets which were sauce covered were cold. Being sauce covered it would have been nice to get a fork — couldn’t find any. Finally, not being familiar with the menu I had to wait until I was directly at the counter in order to read it. Being confronted with a large range of choices I did not have time to sort through everything, that plus then making a choice between a range of sauces insured a hasty decision that made my choices less then optimum. Not going back.

I always order the house salad fried and they always give me more then anybody the other zaxbys I go to :) they follow their system correctly I must say: D I also love to switch it up and get their wings and things honey mustard. If I ask for flat pieces I don’t ever get any grief.

The most incompetent. …dumb ass workers I have ever met. I have been a total of about 8 times because my coworkers will want to go there. EVERYWHERE the have forgotten, messed up my order, or both… my co workers laugh about it now and want to go just to see if it will happen to me again! Stupid people working here. I had an argument with the lady at the window after I ordered traditional naked chicken wings sauce on the side. She tried to give me boneless. I corrected her and she insisted that was what I ordered. We went back and forth. I even told her she was charging me more for the more expensive traditional wings but giving me boneless. It was like talking to a child. I had to finally drive off.

Love this place. They need these up in the north. The Chicken finger plate is awesome. So is the Zalad.

This was my first time at a Zaxby’s. I really wish kids meals came with fruit. It’s fries and fruit snacks, even for my 1 year old. Very disappointed in that. The chicken fingers were small and definitely not worth $ 1 each. The cheddar bites and Zax sauce were yummy. The sweet tea had just the right amount of sugar. My husband raved about the Calvin Johnson special, especially the chicken. It was moist and juicy. The grilled cheese and nibbler were flops with the two middle kids. My oldest LOVED his Cajun club. Now, the odd parts. Even though tables were freshly washed and still wet, they were still soiled with crumbs. And in the women’s handicapped stall, the toilet paper is across the stall about 3 or 4 feet from the toilet. I had to hang half off the seat and stretch as far as I could. I tried employing my toddler, but he only brought one sheet. Not sure what the elderly or mobility impaired do. Tables were for 2 or 4; we had 6. And the men’s room had no changing table, so I was stuck cleaning two poop butt with a bad back and injured knee. Very outdated policy! I think I saw a sign that said they don’t use their drive through, either. It looked functional from the outside, but they wanted to devote all attention to guests who dined in. Hmm.

Second time I been here, gotten the wings and things had more things than wings. The wing were small with barely any sauce.

Came in on a Friday night. Ordered the chicken tenders sandwich, which was just three chicken pieces on a hamburger bun. I also ordered the «Fried White Cheddar Bites»…which are really mozzerella nuggets about the size of a peanut M & M. They were good. Something different from the usual mozzerella sticks. And they give you marinara sauce but it’s hard to dip because they are so tiny. I would recommend just ordering the Cheese Bites for a quick snack.
Loved the soda machine— has lots of options and flavors.
Also, the interior is filled with old black and white photos of movie stars like Humphrey Bogart and Charlie Chaplin and other old timey movie posters and other knick-​nacks. Some good «photo ops» if you are a movie buff.

This is where you find good homestyle fried chicken tenders. The House salad is good and the tender meal is good. The fries and the onion rings are good but a little heavy on the salt for my taste. It’s all fresh ingredients. The service is quick and accurate but not so friendly.
I am not a fan of the Zaxby’s sauce but the Sweet and spicy sauce is very good. They have a banana pudding shake that is really yummy, as is the Vanilla shake.
I am fast becoming a regular here.

Stopped by for a quick bite during our stay in Savannah. The food was decent, service was friendly, chicken was crispy and everything was reasonably priced. However if I had to compare this to Chick-​fil-​A or Canes I’d rather have either of those before this.

Yummy!!! We tried Zaxby’s for the first time in Enterprise, Alabama and we had such a craving for it again, we had to find one here. The girl behind the counter was so friendly and took great care of us. Definitely going back!!!

You cannot beat this place for cleanliness, friendly people and fantabulous food! In a great location but looks like we will be having our own location in less than a month. If you love chicken and fried pickles… yum!!!
