Comfort Inn & Suites

So glad we decided to come back to this hotel.
I have now stayed at every hotel on Elmira Street, and this one is by far the best.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. More importantly they genuinely care for their guests.
I was here for almost a week last week and only checked out for 2 days before having travel back to town and check back in.
They have been comforting for us during a very difficult time. Kathy is so wonderful with my children and a smiling face that helped us start our day. Jaimie and Amy have both been so supportive and have gone above and beyond their job description to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay.
I am forever grateful for the beautiful souls we had the privilege of meeting during our time here.

My dad and I were extremely impressed with this hotel. The two adjoining rooms were nicely appointed and very comfortable. Everything was clean and functional and welcoming.
The staff were outstanding. The young lady at the front desk when we left was especially accommodating — she had helped me find a Flat Stanley figure I had lost, and took the time (and good humor) to have a picture with Flat Stanley for my godson’s reading project. I can’t say enough about the friendliness we encountered, from housekeeping to administration. Great job!
We would definitely stay here in the future and recommend it to our family and friends :)

NOT A HOTEL TO PASS ON! This was the best hotel of my two week road trip! The breakfast buffet was incredible! One woman cleaned, tidied up and restocked the buffet area constantly (I believe she should be given the kudos for the buffet). The hotel staff was friendly and hospitable. No complaints at all. More than worth the money!

Impressed when I came in. Front desk even called me earlier to say thanks for the reservation. Looking forward to the manager’s reception (free beer!) Rm & building appear brand new.
