Only because I did not have the option to give zero stars. How can you treat customers this bad and still have a job? Nobody cares about you carper! You don’t complain to customers that their shoes made your carpet dirty. I don’t care if you have to clean it and we finish in time today that’s your job. All these random tasks that take you away from your facebooking is what you’re being paid to do. I feel bad for the manager and the owner of this business. Losing customers due to the fact you have the worst employee in the state representing your company at 1 o’clock on a Friday!
Parent Lee her only concern is having a clean carpet and not answering customers questions. I walked in the door and I asked the lady at the counter how much it was going to cost me to send this package to my sister and all she did was sit there staring at the carpet. After about a minute all she can say is oh my carpets dirty. I just walked out after she said that and as I had no plans of spending money in this place. Go anywhere else or you will regret it!
