Papa Murphy’s

We go here every Friday (almost). They’ve always treated us right… And the pizza is great.

I love Papa Murphys and been a loyal customer my whole life. That being said, I had my worst experience here. I realize they were busy, but I called my order in so it would be ready when I got there. They told me 20 minutes. I got there in 25 minutes and not only was my pizza not ready, my ticket was at the end of the line and they told me it would be another 10 minutes. The guy after me had called in his order an hour early and they told him it would be another 10 minutes. They are still telling people on the phone it’s a 20 minute wait. One guy said he’d been waiting over an hour before his was ready. My pizza was ready at the one hour mark. The kids running this location don’t know how to handle a rush and their ticket system isn’t working. The tickets seemed to keep getting shuffled every time someone paid.

This place has always been awesome. Will continue to come back!

This Papa Murphy’s is awesome, not only because I like their Pizza but because their staff has great customer service. They give you coupons if you forget yours and they are very fast and efficient along with being personable. Luv it!
