Found three different phone numbers for this place on the net. No answer at any of them and I’m talking about trying CONSTANTLY! By different people. Oh well. They lost a big order and a customer.

This place is obviously under new managment which shouldve gotten fired. YESTERDAY…This place is disgusting these people arent even friendly anymore. They need to bring back the old staff back. The last time i was here they ran out of ice cream(the basic flavors) and tried to sell me whatever they had left over which was melting and sloppy. My daughter had to get a cotton candy that did not taste like cotton candy. The serving stations where dirty, the staff looked like i was at KFC or Popeyes. Their pants where falling and raggedy. They looked burnt out and stressed by the line. They where glad people where leaving from the line. I used to come here at least twice a week(pregnancy cravings) when i was pregnant, the people there already knew me. I feel VERY sad that this place is going down QUICK. Please somebody do something. I am not one to complain but i will make a formal complaint to who ever i have to… If i could give it a zero i would

This location must be under new management, because the service was much better than last time I went. As usual, the ice cream is great, but one thing I did not mention in my previous review is that it is HORRIBLY overpriced. I paid just over $ 5 for a small(like it size) «signature creation». Who does that? It’s only 50¢ more for a medium(love it size) and $ 1 more for a large(gotta have it size). Cold Stone is so much of a rip off, it’s not even funny. I mean, at least give us some wiggle room between sizes. …Then again, that’s how they make money.

I absolutely love cold stone, this location however must have the wort employees I’ve ever seen. Extremely poor costumer service they didn’t have any of the ingredients for what I requested. This place was awesome when it first opened up and had employees who actually cared. Good place but employees are horrible

YUK!!! Not sure why this place always has a line, let alone people wanting to eat something from this establishment! First, customer service is horrendous! They used to sing if they received a tip, but now they will not! And expect everyone to leave a tip! The workers seem so miserable and would love to be any where but there. Which I could get but hey you did take the job right?! The least you could do is smile! Not yell back and forth, or rap music to one another in front of customers! No professionalism what so ever! Second, your ice cream is always a mess! Melting like crazy! They put no effort into presentation or taking pride in their work! Third, the prep area(well everything behind the ice cream counter) is FILTHY! The floor always has dirt all over, the ice cream scoops sit in dirty water in which they just grab which ever spoons to serve your food. The prep stations are filthy, with melted ice cream and crumbs all over! So even if you have an allergy to an ingredient and you tell them not to put that in your order, your order most likely contains crumbs of it from the station! Another place I will not be visiting again, a long line for garbage?! No thanks!

I never like to let these reviews be my reason to not visit a restaurant, but everything written here is true, so take yield readers. This is by far the WORST location. Organization, professionalism, and customer service doesn’t exist at this place. I am highly supportive of giving young people a place to work, especially our young black man, but where is the training. I came here Saturday night to get some ice cream. When it was my turn I told the young man that I want the 32oz, and gave him my ice cream choice and 3 simple ingredients I would like added. He actually looked at me and said, «we’re kind of busy, do you mind if I take someone else because your order is large.» Excuse! How dare you. Three mindless ingredients being mixed into a ice cream flavor isn’t large. And I don’t care if your small brain commute it as large, it’s my turn in line, which means it’s my turn to get served. I guess he wanted to take the teenage boys behind me, which is creepy, but I won’t insert my opinion. There has got to be a better way to go about business here. Train these little kids about the understanding of good customer service. I cannot wait for another location to open up because then they will realize that without customers you have no job. Disgusted!

Awful place for overpriced ice cream. Always a line out the door, all the workers move in slow motion. They’re always walking to the kitchen area playing on their phones, then walk back to the service bar to serve ice cream without washing their hands. Almost all the workers had pants falling down below their butts, they kept adjusting their underwear and then using those same hands to serve people ice cream. From the sidewalk outside of the restaurant, you can see the area behind the service bar which is a disaster. The people before me asked for tops to their 4 ice cream cups, and their server was giving them a hard time about it. I’m sorry, but $ 25 for 4 ice creams, they better come with more than just tops. I don’t know where they got these workers from, or who trained them, but they need to be retrained in customer service and cleanliness. The Dept of Health would have a field day in here. Horrible place, avoid it. No thank you coldstone, I’ll go elsewhere for my ice cream.

The guy who made our ice cream was new last time we went; I understand, you may be new and just learning the job, but it’s not rocket science: all you need to do is mix a few ingredients and put it on a cone. He didn’t wear gloves, he didn’t put the right ingredients(tho he had instructions to read from), and he didn’t even mix it. Even tho it was a standard order it took a quite long time for him to make it. His supervisor to whom we complained about was kinda rude and tried to defend him. I love cold stone but never here again!

Slow service and one employee making ice cream, i would never go here again unless i see a sign under new management. 40 min wait time for ice cream when the line is out the door. Graffiti in the bathroom. Save yourself and go somewhere else. I am literally writing this review because im still outside for 35 minutes.

This is the slowest service I have ever seen from any restaurant ever, you’re better off driving another 25 miles. It would be faster because I have been here on multiple occasions(I live 5 minutes away). Every time it has taken over 30 minutes to even see the ice cream! Normally only one person working here. Great ice cream because it’s cold stone but step up Cold Stone Creamery your service sucks!

I’ve never seen people move slower in my life. There can be 2 people in front of you on line and you’ll still wait a minimum of 30 minutes. Not worth the wait

This place is going down hill, fast. Theres always a long line & not enough staff behind the counter. I went for ice cream recently and asked for coffee ice cream. There was a little extra that didnt fit in the Like It cup, so the woman gave it to me in a lid to eat while I stood there. It was chocolate ice cream! When I asked her, she assured me it was coffee. She even went as far as to get a sample spoon & give me another taste of the«coffee» ice cream she used to make my sundae(out of the freezer case at the counter). Still chocolate! She refused to acknowledge her mistake and didnt offer a solution. I left with a dessert I did not want. There are lots of places nearby to get ice cream. Cold stone needs to get it together.

Coldstone create your own ice cream is the best part. Every time I’ve come to cold stone ice always had to wait on a long line no matter the time of day. Seems like they are understaffed. I still come considering the long line wait. They let you taste the ice creams if you ask. My favorite ice cream here is «Surrender to strawberry» which is strawberry ice cream with strawberries, pound cake, and I put it in a waffle cup. Omg it is delicious !!! I’ve also tried«No Fair Funnel Cake» which is a small funnel cake with vanilla ice cream toped with strawberries also a good pick.

Came here with my family on a Friday night and it took 1 hour to serve 10 people. When we got to the counter the staff was rude, dismissive and non-chalant. I am sure there are other establishments that deserve your money. DONOTRECOMMEND!

Not bad for chain ice cream, better than the others. I must say this place is NOT worth the line– we stood in line for 20 minutes which is ridiculous for ice cream of this caliber. Stick to Greenberry on Garth Rd. the frozen yogurt is better and probably more«healthy» for you.

I cannot believe that I regularly spend so much on ice cream and it is only because of Cold Stone. I look for good deals, sales, and bargains in other areas of my life but this place I willingly pay full price. This place often has a line out the door even in the winter months. Service is uneven but I think they know they have a captive audience.
