Sedutto Ice Cream & Yogurt

I have eaten here several times and the ice cream is great. It’s a really nice environment and the employees seem to know everybody that walks in by first name, also it is in a very cute neighborhood. I actually met the owner today while I was there. He was very friendly, he even gave me a small take home container of their newest flavor ice cream for free! I will be back!

The ice cream was quite good, and the service was friendly and helpful. It was a great deal with the $ 5 for $ 10 offer. We’ll be back.

Just a friendly bit of advice; Unilocalers don’t take kindly to defensive/​snippy responses to critical reviews. I don’t have anything against you or your store, I am just providing my honest review so that others know what to expect. If I were off base about your store, other Unilocalers would jump in and write strong reviews to offset my negative review. That didn’t happen. So, when people read this, they will assume that I am right and that your shop has problems, and that your response means that you have no intention to fix them. They will stay away, and I doubt that is what you want to happen.
You response was troubling to me for another reason; you had a rationalization for almost every problem I pointed out. There are 3 other ice cream shops in walking distance to you, and all of them are properly air conditioned, all of them are clean and all of them have sufficient staff to avoid unreasonably long lines. Yours does not. Maybe instead of telling me that it gets hot in July, you could fix the AC. Maybe instead of telling me that kids are messy, you could clean up all of the boxes and garbage that litter the area behind the counter. Maybe instead of telling me that I should expect a line, you could have more than one person working there at busy times of the day.
I am not trying to crucify your business, but I am not coming back until you fix the issues. Neither are those that read your defensive response.

I love their yogurt. Their red velvet frozen yogurt is my favorite. My one complaint is the lack of a significant amount of seating.

Not the best or worst but it will do for now. If you want yogurt go across the street to go greenberry. The yogurt there is better. Half thumb up.
Bottom line the ice cream doesn’t have that kick I am looking for, on the bland side.

They recently closed their doors. They had a rough time trying to make it. Too bad they couldn’t make this place into a top notch ice cream joint.
