Disgusting! What a waste of money. This was the absolute WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered chicken with peanuts and I can’t figure out if it’s chicken or fish. Heavily fried food, lots of oil. Chicken lo mein was truly inedible. Not sure how this place stays in business but they won’t be getting my cash ever again! Horrible!

Orange peel shrimp isn’t on the menu. I asked if it could be made with jumbo shrimp. They agreed. However, the shrimp used were tiny. I showed them just how small they were and was told that they get small when they’re fried. I’ve been eating shrimp in all forms for over 50 years and I know what a jumbo fried shrimp looks like. They lied. Not only did they misrepresent the size, the order was bland. I’m used to getting this from P.F. Chang’s. I didn’t expect a take out place to be that good, but I didn’t expect it to be dreadful either.

ordered sesame wings, BBQ ribs, and generals chicken. the wings are bad; nasty buffaloish wings with sesame seeds on top. the ribs are ok, meat is tough as hell tho. generals chicken also ok, altho a few pieces tasted a little sour. i continue my quest for decent chinese take out in lower Westchester.

If the dish you order has lots of garlic sauce or piles of pepper or heavy sweet sour breading, it’s most likely they cooked the dish with the expired meat. This is a common trick for Chinese takeout place. If you feel lazy and cheap, you don’t feel like cooking at home, you have to go order Chinese for convenience, Please specifically ask for steamed vegetable or meat dishes with very little sauce in it.

The BEST sesame chicken I have ever had! This is my favorite Chinese takeout place in Westchester.

Ordered for the first time based on the reviews. Truly awful. Ordered takeout and it took 1 hour and 15 mins to arrive. I think it may have been in the car for an hour because most of the meat was dry and extra chewy. The steamed dumplings were vile, extra thick, grey dough and unidentifiable sausagemeat like filling. The beef chow mein had a very peculiar smell and had a gloopy, slop like texture, we couldn’t find identifiable noodles. The sesame chicken had ok flavor but was tough and the broccoli looked yellow and old. The pork fried rice was ok, relative, if a bit bland. Thank goodness we had plain rice! Very disappointing. Won’t be ordering again. May have been my worst Chinese experience.

I don’t get to go here often but if I am anywhere nearby, this is where I go to eat. They make a dish there called Hong Kong Style Noodles and it is the best noodle dish I have ever had. It’s a cold dish with marinated veggies and chicken, if you ask for it. The very pleasant woman at the counter always knows what I want and how I want it. I highly recommend stopping here.

The spot changed its name to Chop Stix. Really really good food for a takeout/dine in spot. Had the chicken noodle soup with spinach which filled me up and tasted amazing. My wife had the chicken with broccoli which was perfect. Plan on making this a regular spot.

Why can they not get my order right??? I repeat brown rice, they still give me white rice. I ask for a pork dish, they gave me shrimp! HUH? They dont even sound the same! Chow mei fun was not good, but they’re chicken with broccoli was very good — drenched in too much sodium but still good. I agree with others that it is so hard to find a good chinese place. I think this place is better than Chopstix but marginally.

I can never find a good Chinese take out place, why are they all the same. One rat hole after the next. Once again they messed up the chicken with blackbean sauce. The chicken was like rubber the sauce was watery and bland. Just like chop stix you must be stealing each others recipe because these two places suck. Never will go back to either one. Should have known once i saw the pictures of food on the wall. Two dumbs down. Just some advice ask your chief to go to Gem — Cuisines of China on central ave he can learn a thing or two.

Pretty darn good for take-out! Clean, open kitchen. Family owned and operated.

First off — this is a «American Chinese» food place. I don’t come here and order authentic Chinese food. Keeping that in mind… Much better Chinese take out place than it’s nearby competitors despite it’s tiny size. Food is generally less oily, and clean looking and tasting. It’s not the best food compared to specific places in Flushing and Chinatown, but let’s be serious — a place that offers this large of a selection in a small package, in Westchester, for the matter, can’t make everything great, can it? Unfortunately, no. But they do a pretty decent job. Sometimes, things get a little salty with the sauce… but normally things are just fine. Recommended: Thin white meat Sesame chicken. It’s off the chain. most places make their Sesame chicken the same as their General Tsao’s. Not this place… Not Recommended: Flat Rice Noodles: Bland… This dish is supposed to be oily, and slathered with yummy stuff. Not here. Still fine — but very meh. They are pretty quick with delivery also. Being in Scarsdale — it’s not too expensive, but definitely a tick more expensive than other places around the area. 3.5 stars, but I’m giving it a 3 thanks to the«Best Chinese Food someone has ever had» comment — yeah, you may need to get out more…

Hands down best sesame chicken I’ve ever had, and in the running for best boneless spare ribs too. The rest of the menu is good as well, but those two items stand out in particular. Of all of the Chinese take-out in Scarsdale village, this is my go to.

This is literally the best Chinese Food I’ve ever had. Too bad nothing comes close in NYC — it’s all the way in the ‘burbs by the Scarsdale Train Station. The Sesame Chicken is incredibly amazing and sweet, but not too sweet(flat pieces of chicken as opposed to the ubiquitous gross«chunks» of chicken that every other place seems to favor) and the Hunan Beef is the greatest winter meal on record. Eat here; it’s worth a trip.
