DISGUSTING — dirty, with expired food AND just as expensive as Balducci’s. Everyone I know wish they’d go out of business so a nice supermarket could take their place.

I don’t think that they invested anything for a long time as the place looked old and run-​down. I am not sure if it is aiming at the high-​end clientele with the expensive price — but I don’t think that it can attract anyone — budget minded shopper or money is no matter type…
There are so many alternatives in White Plains and Eastchester that are 100% better with good /​fresh stuff and less expensive.

Expensive, run down, and smelly. Every single Gristedes I’ve been to in Manhattan has been dreadful. But are you telling me they can’t even get their act together in Scarsdale? I am utterly amazed by how bad this branch is considering the area.
