I had a fabulous experience with Angelica at the salon yesterday. I had a groupon for a keratin treatment and haircut, both came out perfectly.
Angelica gave me the «lob» I was looking for which was a huge feat — considering my hair was almost to my waist before my cut. She didn’t take more or less than I’d asked for, and was so kind throughout the entire appointment. She’s evidently a skilled keratin stylist as well, and although I haven’t washed my hair yet, I can tell the results will be great.
Lastly, the young woman (who’s name I didn’t catch) who greeted me at reception when I first came in, and came by my chair during my appointment to chat, was lovely as well. Both young ladies made the appointment fun and exciting, and I hope to go back in the future.

When i called, this lady picked and said she was able to cut my hair until i told her i’m using a Groupon. That’s fine. She said Anthony will be available. i had read that Anthony was a good stylist, so i made an appointment with him. Lets just say. I had to stop him before he butchered more of my hair. I have been to many stylists and had seen the way they cut hair. It just shows he hasn’t had that much practice. I told him specifically what i did not want, and that is exactly what he did. He only listens to maybe ¹⁄₃ of what you ask. He styles people’s hair like how he wants to instead of actually listening to the customer. I could have cut it just as well by myself at home. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

Anthony and Trisha did my hair today for a wedding. A+ style, A+ humans. I miss them already and I’m going to cry every day until I see them again.

I used Setsuko to straighten my hair between 2002 – 2011. The first time she did it, she called me afterwards to see if I was happy. There were problems and she asked me to come in and she did the complete straightening again. I was very impressed. I was a loyal customer, returning to have her do my hair after I moved out of the area. Then in 2011 she made a mistake and some of my hair fell out. I told her about it, and she never ever so much as apologized. Rather she told me she understands why I’m upset. Huh? The least she could have done was to offer to do some deep conditioning and another treatment when I needed it. I don’t know what happened to this woman’s moral compass between 2002 and 2011, but it shifted for the worse. I felt and feel very hurt since we were friendly and I took this very personally. There is nothing she could ever do to encourage me to return. I use another place I love and will recommend them very strongly after I’ve had one or two more treatments.

Erika was wonderful all around and I left with a fantastic haircut in prep for presentable mommy baby family pictures following my scheduled c-​section very early the next morning! I’d definitely return if Erika is available! Thanks so much groupon for sending me here!

My stylist Erica Ames at Setsuko’s is so incredible, I trust her judgement and recommendations, and she has never disappointed! She can mix up the most incredible hair colors and her cuts are done with precision and care. She is very customer oriented and wants each client to walk away feeling happy and looking great. She is an exceptional find.

I saw Tina for the second time. She is absolutely excellent, even better than a hair cut in the city and definitely more fairly priced. I was treated like a princess at reception and they even offered me tea, water, and cookies. I didn’t have to wait and it was the perfect amount of time during my busy day. Very efficient and still enjoyable. Very friendly environment. I left with amazing hair, I only wish I could replicate that magic with my hair dryer and brush! I’ll have to buy some of their products next time! Will return!

I brought a group on from and got a full head of highlights. Worst hairdresser experience. The highlights were done so far apart that it looked like I never even had it done. The lady who done my hair was very rude and unwelcoming. Never spoke one word to me. I felt very uncomfortable & unwelcome the entire time. Being new to town I am trying to find a hair dresser. But I will NEVER come back here again. Very poor service.

A great salon with a fabulous and super professional staff. Erica is my stylist and she is so very talented. Whenever I go out someone stops me and asks who cuts and highlights my hair. That’s the finest testament to her service that I can give. GO TO THIS SALON!

A cozy, friendly place! I love what they did to my hair, great job! I had this terrible «orange» high-​light I got from another Groupon deal. They «low-​lighted» at the same time I got my root covered. Yes, I am very happy the way my hair came out, especially with the Groupon price! Thank you so much!

My Mom has been going there for years. Now that she can’t drive, I take her every Tuesday. It’s one of the highlights of the week! Staff always greets her warmly even when the place is bustling. Gerda takes great care of Mom.
Tip — they now have manicures and pedicures. Mom’s been getting her toenails cut there for years but now gets the whole treatment.
Coffee is good too!

Setsuko has cut my hair for many years now. Always listens to what I want and works with me. My haircuts are so well done that they look great for months and months, even while growing out (probably past when I should be having it cut again!) Great techniques, always up to date with the latest techniques and styles. I appreciate that the salon is fairly calm and not so loud that we can’t carry on a conversation.

I bought a groupon for this salon and I really did not enjoy the experience. I forget the name of the woman who did my hair but she was very unfriendly. It is strange to have an unfriendly and quiet hair stylist when they are all usually so talkative. Not that I usually want to talk the whole time anyway but it’s nice to have someone friendly. It wouldn’t have mattered that much but the cut was bad– it looked like they did nothing! Had to get my hair cut so soon after! I wish I remembered her name– she was very thin with dark hair. I asked her if I could get a style done because the groupon said style and she just said no. She blew it out but the whole thing was rushed and they treat you like a groupon customer that is paying less. Too bad because they can get clients this way if they treat them like the regular customers.
