I’m right down the middle on this one. They do the job and it is not an easy job.
Multiple levels of property management. We hired them to manage a small apartment building when our manager of 15 years retired. I think they do an A-​OK job. Not as this millennium from a paperwork and IT perspective as I would like, but they get the job done. They are dealing with the same high level of turnover in maintenance, landscaping and rehab as you are, yikes.
You can do a lot worse.
