I hate to give bad reviews for any Indian place, but I would have given MINUSFIVE stars to this place if I could. Please save yourself the time, energy and headache to deal with thoroughly rude, unprofessional and unethical people. Went to get a chaniya choli/saree from this place and the experience was a nightmare. They have limited options within certain price range and I quickly shortlisted one, especially because I had gone to shop with my newborn. I made a deposit for them to hold the outfit because it was closing time and I had to anyways come back for resizing. They never told me that I would be charged with extra $ 20 dollar for skirt resizing and around extra $ 30 for blouse. Thus when I went for second time, it was a surprise for me as these made the outfit much more costlier. I wanted to cancel the transaction and wanted the security deposit back, but the lady won’t let me do that either. She kept us waiting for an hour trying to call the owner who kept hanging up on her. Finally we decided enough was enough, so decided to make the purchase. The tailor was summoned to take measurements for alteration, who by the way, didn’t look like had the slightest clue about what she was doing. After a thoroughly disappointing encounter, I got a call from them the next day asking us to come and get our refund back because they didn’t want the ‘headache’ to deal with us incase we didn’t like the outfit after alterations. Seriously, I mean, are you trying to make any business? What the heck do you think you are doing? I generally have a lot of respect for gujarati businesses, but this experience was a total nightmare. I write this review with the hope that no one goes through this kind of experience like us. I am giving it one star because it’s apparently the lowest you can give!!!

DONOTBUYFROMHERE!!! Saleswoman was very pushy when purchasing bridal outfit. After purchase referred to tailor in Hoffman Estates per her recommendation. Received lehenga with multiple holes in the netting, uneven seam lines, and poor overall workmanship. Tailor supposedly had many years of prior tailoring experience with similar outfits. Took damaged lehenga back for one more re-work. It returned with a pink stain and pen mark with holes still remaining. Saleswoman was unwilling to work with me on a refund or store credit. The owner even hung up on her when I tried to escalate the matter. Worst customer service ever.
