I took my 2001 red celica to the original Dundee location in 2004 when I got in a nasty winter car accident. I hit black ice, spun out, and collided with a semi truck hauling chemicals backwards on 294. Miraculously, I live to tell the tale! My boyfriend worked for Toyota dealerships and recommended that I take my car there. They had to cut my car in half and attach a new rear frame to my poor car.
When I got my car back it was bitter sweet because I just bought the car 2 months prior to my accident and I felt it would never look or drive the same. To my relief… The car looked amazing and me and my boyfriend couldn’t tell it was ever in that bad of an accident.
Now if I ever have any issue with any of my Toyota vehicles I only trust certified collision with my vehicles. They were super friendly and compassionate about my emotional experience and easy to drop my car off to with the car key drop box.

I was involved in my first accident and was referred by a friend to go here. Xavier was my main point of contact and helped me throughout the process, which was seamless. He was so informative and helpful being my liaison with the insurance companies. He even suggested I use their rental service as the other big box rental places don’t take care of their cars… I was so happy when I did — my rental ended up being a lexus (i drive a CRV).
Now the job itself — I was so impressed with the work done, I had to ask who did the work — Jeff, Chris and Don V., you guys are amazing! I know your work comes with a warranty but I highly doubt anything will happen — superb job! Highly recommend! I will always put a request for you guys if I ever need to go back. THANK YOU!

Well I wasn’t happy from the beginning… When I called to see if they would do an estimate on my car the service guy De Jesus wasn’t all interested. I asked if I could drop off the car, take your time and if I could get dropped off at home. I have a second car so time wasn’t an issue. Jesus said he had no one available. I mean come on my insurance dropped $ 4400 on repairs and Jesus seemed to not care, almost turned my business away. I ended up dropping the car off and pay for a über to get to my house. I only got 1 call in the two weeks I left my car there and it was the day after I dropped my car off. Poor communication skills would have expected a call in the middle about the status of my car. Once my car was done it looked great, drove off and when I was checking my side mirror it wasn’t working. Supposedly the tech did not inspect fully since this was a side I was getting repairs of. I went back and spoke to service advisor Keith and said I was going to drop off car next week. Keith apologize and admired that his technician should have checked the work. Well I ended up dropping the car the following week, pay for another über to get home. I was called the following day that my car was ready. Since I could not pick up the car till after hours I asked the service advisor to lock the car outside. Once I picked up my car that afternoon the mirror worked!!! But I was very upset that there were footprints on the passenger door. My car is 2015 Prius brand new and I would have expected a little more care. I ended up washing my car the following day. I found out that upon them buffing my car they left some residue of was stained on the hood of my car… Just be careful get your car checked and I’m sure there is plenty other places to take your car. The work that was preformed was good. But the quality of communication, inspection and care of car was very poor. This is why they get 1 star

Not only is the customer service the best I ever encountered they actually know what their doing. Work is top notch. Five stars is not enough praise for the way Tom Hoch treated myself & my wife. Highly recommended.

The customer service at this establishment is outstanding. The experience of being rear ended can be very frightening and they were able to put me at ease with their professionalism. Today, I picked up my husband’s 2013 Toyota Camry. Once again, the Certified Collision Center did an outstanding job. We love the quality of workmanship that is produced here time and time again! They are definitely consistent in many areas, from the quality to the customer service, we were, and are, truly 150% satisfied customers. The car looks brand new and they always wash the car inside and out so it has a show-​room appearance when you pick up your vehicle. They definitely have us as life-​long, repeat customers, for many reasons. The paint is always a perfect match, the customer service is definitely above 5-​star rating, and they make it super easy to deal with in terms of insurance company (no matter what insurance you may have). Another bonus for us was that they will call Enterprise Rental Cars (across the road from them) and make arrangements for you to have a car while you are without your vehicle. They also have a few cars on their own lot that are «for rent» while you are car-​less. I opted to use their own rental service. It was convenient and super fast ($ 25 per day). Of course, you must have the «rental» car as part of your insurance package (for example, with State Farm we have «rental» insurance so our insurance covers 100% of the rental car). Another bonus, if someone else hits your vehicle and that OTHER individual is found to be at fault and given the ticket by the police officer and it is reflected in the police report, the OTHER individual’s insurance is 100% responsible for paying for your car damage, your rental car and your $ 500 deductible. This was the case for us (that is, a 27-​year old driving a BMW ran a red light and hit my husband’s car head-​on ripping away most of the front bumper). Fortunately, no one was hurt! However, the other guy also had State Farm Insurance and it made it super easy to deal with the insurance. State Farm reviewed the original Police Report, saw that the 27-​year old driver was found «at fault» and issued a Ticket. Thus, we were reimbursed 100% for everything. Certified Collision Center also repairs other cars (not just Toyota vehicles) so if you are seeking a repair shop that produces high-​quality work, demonstrates professionalism, provides outstanding customer service, look no further. This is the place YOU should be taking your vehicle to – they make your car look like a brand new car off the Lot, which is why I strongly recommend them. Ask for Jesse or Xavier when you walk into their offices. They’ll take super-​excellent care of you from beginning to end. Also, they treat women with respect and not a 2^nd class citizen. Love, love, love the workmanship, their customer service and also how fast we got our car back. They promised it would be done on 1-​28-​2015 (one week) and it was finished in 1-​week, as promised. Sweet!!!

After my wife and I had our 2006 Toyota Rav4 rear-​ended, Certified Collision Centers was recommended by our insurance company because they specialize in Toyota and Lexus vehicles. We could not be happier with the service we received, from the 1^st phone call to the estimate, and the results of the work that was completed on the vehicle. Everything from the demolished bumper to the 3-​ply paint job required looks as if the vehicle just rolled off the assembly line. Every person we spoke with was courteous and it quickly became apparent that they understand what customer service truly means. We would definitely recommend this business!

I purchased my car from Toyota about a year ago. I said I wouldn’t buy it unless all the paint chips were gone, thus having to have the front & rear bumpers repainted. Long story short, after being «repainted» twice, the paint was chipping in numerous spots & it looked terrible. I was finally told that my car was in fact not actually repainted the correct way, but just airbrushed. I felt my car truly needed to be sanded down to the metal and repainted the way it should have been done the first time.
I went back to Toyota after they had it airbrushed a couple times & asked that they have it repainted one final time. The guy who sold me the car was hesitant at first because of the cost (since I wasn’t going to pay for it.)
Tom Hoch is the one who fought for my car to get fixed the right way, he is also the director of Certified Collision. He wanted to do nothing but perfect work & convinced the manager/​sales person who sold my car to me to allow the job to be done.
Certified Collision did a beautiful job. I was afraid of the paint color not matching, but I cannot tell a bit that it was repainted. It looks fresh out of the warehouse.
The employees were very nice & helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others, even though I am unsure of how much the job actually cost.

I have been using the service of certified collision center for the past decade for our Lexus and Avalon cars– deep dents, scratches, in both cars including a major accident involving our Avalon car. I don’t hesitate to certify that the quality of service from Certified Collision center is superb and excellent. All of the managers and staff provide very good service. Generally speaking, we take the good service for granted. However, I was so much impressed by the warm and courteous service I received from Tony Capaccio that I feel compelled to write this letter of appreciation. I know all of the men are supposed to provide good service and they do. But Tony went beyond that expected service and showed that he truly cares for his customers. There was genuine warmth in his hand shake, smile and greeting. There was sincere concern to make sure we are happy with the quality of service. Every time I come for the car service and repair, I come away with a smile not just because my car is in excellent shape but because of the exceptional interaction I had with this extremely nice young man. Needless to say I would recommend this place to my friends whole heartedly. Please accept my hearty congratulations on having such good managers like Tony and other staff.

This place is top notch! Their work ethic and quality just simply amazes me. I’ve had the good, bad and ugly when it comes to body shops and quite frankly most have been bad and ugly. Certified Collision really cares about their customers and their reputation. I brought my 2011 Lexus CT into them to have my fender repainted and blended into the drivers door since i have a pearl white color. The paint match came out flawless and the quality was amazing. Three days later I hit as tire retread on the highway which cracked my front bumper. I came back to certified and also pointed out a small area in the previous repair that bothered me. They immediately took my concerns and apologized for the error. They know how maticulous I am of my car and they are the same way towards their customers cars. With no questions asked they wanted to take my car and give their loaner and they wanted to make sure i’m happy. Xavier repeated that numerous times and he was a pleasure to work with. The also looked at my bumper and told me it would need to be fully replaced as repairing it is just not quality or the right way to go. They offered to take my car in immediately as I filed a claim with state farm. The are a select service shop for state farm so having an adjuster come out is not necessary. Fast forward 24 hours later state farm approves my claim but wants to use a recycled bumper and not a new one. Certified stepped in without my knowing and wouldn’t stand for this. They worked with Lexus to get a new bumper dropped down as close as they could to the price of a recycled bumper. State farm approved! It’s sad when your own insurance company won’t look out for you but I am greatful that Certified Collision does. I would not trust another shop with body repair work. Certified Collision has a customer for life! Now let’s just hope I don’t have to see them too often.

I bought a brand new Scion tC in March 2013. Three days after I made my first payment, I hit a raccoon at 70mph on 90 in the middle of Wisconsin. There was considerable damage to my car since it is so low to the ground, and I wanted to make sure it was properly fixed, especially because it was so heartbreakingly new (only 2400 miles.).
Work was prompt and thorough – very, very thorough. They said I wouldn’t even know I’d ever had damage, and they were right. The list of replaced parts was impressive – this was no band-​aid on the bumper.
I am not sure how they compare cost wise because I wasn’t worried about it (I filed an insurance claim), but I can tell you that my car is as good as new, just like they promised.
