i called the company on 6÷3÷14, spoke with the receptionist, she scheduled an appointment for me, to come and give me an estimate.
1^st appointment was blown off, i waited and waited no one showed up, next day i call back, asked what happened no one showed up? they said they had wrong address, i corrected the address and waited for my next appt, final someone shows up, looks at the property and leaves, left me with paper work,
waited 2 days no response from them, so i called, asked what is the status, said, they are working on it, i waited 2 more days called back said they need more information so they need to come back take more pictures, i said ok,
someone came without notifying me on 6÷16÷14. took pictures and left. again i waited for them to call me for 2 days, no one called so know i am already pissed, i call back on 6÷22÷14, asked what is the ETA, said they need more info, i said what more info they need, the receptionist said, more PICTURES. At this point i was even more pissed, i said they came 2 days ago took the pictures, she said we still needed more,
meanwhile i searched for bushiness rating in cyber

was very surprise that this company has INVOLUNTARY DISSOLUTION,
waste of time, i am worried they have my ss numbers,
do not use them

So, here’s the story… I just happened to run across an ad that had an Ugly Window Contest. I joined and WON 7 free windows. I thought «this has to be too good to be true… there is no way I am this lucky, or a company is going to just hand over 7 free windows plus installation and any other fees. Well, Cornerstone Exteriors did JUST THAT. Not only did they call me the day I won to congratulate me, they scheduled an appointment the next day to come out and measure. Now, I’m thinking «what’s the catch?»…Not only was there NO catch… they gave me top of the line windows and other extras at absolutely no additional cost. Everything was included. But that isn’t why I’m writing this review. I am writing this because their customer service, products, and labor guys were TOP NOTCH. I’ve never seen two installers come to my home, respect my furniture, dogs, and other items while getting the entire job done in one day — completely flawless! They took a few minutes for lunch and outside of that, they didn’t stop for a second. 9 hours straight with no interruption whatsoever. Roy and his partner were the installers and I can’t say enough good comments about their work. Jason, the owner of Cornerstone Exteriors, is so professional and I can understand why this company wins so many awards! I have never heard of Cornerstone Exteriors before this Window Contest, but I will do everything I can to spread the word about this company because I believe flawless service and excellent products deserves good word of mouth!!! The sub-contractor’s work was excellent! However, you dont want to deal with cornerstone sales people! Very poor customer service and response time.
