I got my first facial here with Michelle! She was amazing! She explained to me whatever she was doing and why it works which is great! I didn’t know what facial i should choose and she did a great job of explaining the difference.

I went to get my roots touched up. The teacher scolded the student doing my hair to get her a clean cape. It was embarrassing since she said it in a demeaning way and threw the cape at her. This teacher had short brown hair. She then helped choosing the right color. I was there for three hours. The color was exactly the same as what I came in with. I was very unhappy. The teacher blamed the processor saying something must be wrong with it. Well Miss, perhaps your not very good with color… The student blow dried my hair so that I could leave and the teacher came back and said «at least you’re getting a good blow dry» as if it was a joke. This was not funny to me as I had wasted three hours of my life. Not to mention it was the worst blow dry of my life. I’m not in school and give myself a better one daily. Also, after the student asked what kind of product I put in my hair, I told her a light serum for shine, she came back with mousse. Hello? Were you even listening to what I said? I don’t think so because she asked me if I was on spring break immediately after I told her that I was. Also, even I got home, I had to take a second shower due to hair color being all in my hair. Gross!

Your first time gets you a 50% discount, so you should totally take advantage of that and get a cut and colour. But, make sure you’re really sure of what you want done! Otherwise, you may not be happy with the outcome. My biggest disappointment is that each student needs to get a teacher to sign off on each aspect of your appointment, which makes it take more time than normal… Also, they only take credit cards for $ 15 or more, so be sure to have cash!
