this store is a complete joke. I walked in with my sister and there was no associate in the store at all for 10 minutes. we were completely alone in the store with another costumer who was also confused. I walked towards the employee room and knocked on the door. a rude associate named Stacey looked at me after I said no one is on the floor, and she said«yea I know I was in the bathroom». umm… what? i was returning a pair of shoes that broke after one use and she refused to do the return and said the shoes broke because it was my fault. oh really? shoes break after one use now? she argues with me for ten minutes then let me know that she was the manager. obviously won’t be returning here, along with the other costumers in the store today.

This store is located in Woodfield mall, lower-level, in the center. Easiest access is through Entry #5, which is between Sears and Macy’s. This was my 1st ever experience with Crocs! I always insisted that I’d never wear them, and hoped they were just a passing, ugly, trend. But… several years later, looks like Crocs are here to stay. I recently have developed some foot problems, and my feet are in a lot of pain. Much to my surprise, Crocs were suggested! So, I did a lot of «window shopping» online, and since they didn’t seem to have the style I wanted in my size online, I decided to hit up the actual Crocs store. I had called in advance and talked to a very helpful young lady named Sonya. Once there, they do seem to have a quite a bit of shoes packed into their somewhat small location. I was told that they usually just carry some of the basic colors, since they’re one of the smaller locations. They were more than willing to help me out though, and said that if they didn’t have a color I wanted, that they’d be more than happy to order it and have it shipped to my house at no cost. The ladies here helped me pick out a couple pairs, and let me know if I have any issues to bring the shoes back — apparently they have a really nice return/exchange policy. I’m super-stoked about my purchase! I bought a suped-up version of their classic clog(duet sport clog $ 49) as well as a super-soft pair of flip-flops(Capri IV $ 39). I’ve already been wearing the clogs for about 2 – 3 hours, and my feet feel great so far! Yay! I plan to wear these around the house quite a bit for a while. They’ve really branched out, in terms of styles and have quite a bit to choose from! I’m looking forward to coming back in the fall to pickup a couple cute pairs of loafers. Wish I would’ve found these shoes BEFORE my vacation where I did all the walking in bad shoes that jacked-up my feet! Anyways — I highly suggest trying a pair of Crocs — especially if you are a Croc snob like I used to be. They’re actually very good for your feet! I only take away one star for not having a lot of color selections in-store. Other than that, the store was great: clean and bright. The ladies were helpful. And the store was easy to get to since that’s the only thing I was going into Woodfield for.
