Kiddie Kandids

We thankfully had a good experience here. Yea, it’s inside of a babies are us and it’s not very neat and clean looking, but they take decent photos of your baby.
We brought our two month old who’s been fussy and as babies go, constantly needs to be changed. They actually squeezed us in even though we missed our scheduled sitting time due to having to emergency change him.
I forget the girls’ name who helped us, but she was really good with our baby. She posed him and he’s just adorable!
They completed the photos by the schedule date and did offer us additional photos for a set price. That’s the only thing I didn’t really care for since we already had ordered a bunch of photos using the Groupon. I would have preferred they would of offered some of the photos that we hadn’t purchased already such as the enhanced. But I still ended buying them, sucker auntie that I am.
We have another photo shoot schedule for Christmas and are excited to see what they’ll do different.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went with a Groupon and was completely disappointed. The worst part is that they don’t print the pictures right away and you will have to come back in 10 days. Go to the Picture People, they take better pictures and they are available right away.

STOP! Before you consider even wasting your money here just reconsider and find a different place. Almost any other place would be better than here.
I bought a Groupon deal a few weeks ago. Scheduled an appointment for my daughter. Upon arrival I noticed how dirty and cluttered the studio was. It was way too early in the morning for it to be such a disaster.
Besides having to wait over an hour for our APPOINTMENT the young lady, Vanessa, had no clue how to pose my daughter or how to take pictures. What a joke. I was doing her job for her.
When I got home I received an email to view my photos online. When I did that I noticed the photographer’s arm in one picture, her shadow in another and my husband’s arm in another. What the!!!
I called the manager to complain but had to leave a message. No call back. I called again the following day and actually spoke with a «manager». She reschedule me for another session with a more experienced photographer.
The second session was MUCH better but some of the images still not the greatest. What’s going on with the lighting in this place? Many of the pictures were way too dark.
I’ve been trying to view my pictures online for two days now and no luck. They have yet to be uploaded. Every time I call the studio they tell me wait a few hours. It’s been 2 ½ days… how much longer can I wait?
For some reason, this Vanessa chick is the only one who works there and has no clue what is going on. OMG, this place is a dump.

I have been a fan of Kiddie Kandids for years and when I saw a groupon for them I jumped on it. My mother has wanted pictures of her grandkids forever so perfect timing. As always the photographer was fantastic and so very patient with the kids. I was sad to see that you no longer get your pictures in an hour and I had to wait 10 days but when I went back to pick up my pictures that sadness faded away because the pictures were perfect.

I only go to this Kiddie Kandids for my daughters pictures. They just need to switch up their props a bit. I think my daughter has had every back drop and prop they have. they need some new ones for sure! I love all the great promos they have and usually give gifts when you purchases packages. I love that you get the pictures back the very same day!
