Bought the sphero ball from there water tower store. It didn’t work so I called the wood field store(because that’s closer to my house) to return it the lady on the phone refused to give us a another one and said I had to call customers service first. I told her I just bought it yesterday, I don’t want my money back I want one that works. How could this be a problem, it should be sorry for the inconvenience come get another one, instead it was«it’s not that easy“wait on hold for a half hour between her and customer service. Horrible customer service

Just a brief review: If you like things which will exercise your mind, make you ponder over puzzle, stretch your word skills, and unleash creativity… then this is the shop you *must* visit. This shop is just brilliant! Great staff who are knowledgeable and helpful. Prices may be high, but due to the novelty and rarity of some of the items, this should be expected.

I love this store. It offers a lot of games, puzzles and brainteaser type games that really make you think and there are a lot of items that you cannot find elsewhere. The staff is really engaging and they’re always more than willing to help answer questions and show you how everything works. Yay for unique and creative stores! Loses one star for not being as affordable at Christmas time for all the kiddies I want to buy for. ;)

The Brain Store represents an interesting concept inside of a mall. While most people associate shopping at the mall as lightweight fare, Marbles provides your noggin with an extra shot of ideas. I played a variant of scrabble which tested your vocab and speed three ways with a store employee and a completely random girl who was taking it all in for the first time, as was I. We had a blast trying to out-word each other and ended up playing for twenty minutes! In addition to the games, there are a variety of books and DVD’s for honing up on your smarts, plus a really neat brick-like structure that you can make into a sky scraper. This is one of those stores where both kids and adults can find engaging and educational. While their prices aren’t cheap, the novelty and concept is something that will appeal to all of us geeks at heart, or at the very least, aspiring geeks.

A wonderland of thought provoking toys, puzzles, games, books, software, etc. If you are familiar with , this is basically a brick-and-mortar version on the online store. Visit and be amazed with the cool and engaging items. I highly recommend the store for the creative types and for those that want their children to learn in dynamic and fun ways. The staff is very helpful and have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the store, its products, and mission. Some items are expensive, but creative design, quality, and inspiration comes with a price I am willing to pay.
