I went to this location and had a males hair in my food! I just asked for my money bak on my fry but was so disgusted tht i coukdnt even eat my other food! My hair is blonde this hair was black and short! There food isent great. It’s over priced! I don’t know how they consider this location a playplace. The play area is super tiny! If your at the mall u might as well go somewere else in the mall to eat.

Overpriced! They take advantage of Mall customers. You can go down the street(5 minutes tops) and pay significantly less. Almost every cashier is rude because of the volume of customers. Plus $.34 for refills? The owner is making enough from the inflated prices, why try to be greedy with refills when almost every other McDonalds has machines out on the floor. I will not say I will never go to a McDonalds again because I love their food, but I will never go to this one again no matter how many times I go to this mall. Better options in the mall than this place.

Go to a different Mickey D’s. My daughter asked for her soft serve in a cup but was given a cone. The manager came over and tossed it into a soda cup. Really good customer service???

If you need a McDonalds fix, get it at another location before you get to the mall. This location charges double for some items and regular menu items are priced higher than other locations in the surrounding area. Also they have no dollar value menu.

The food here is great. If you’re a fan of McDonald’s, which I am. Once in a great while. The fries were soggy but some were crispy. The chicken nuggets were warm, because they weren’t made right then and there. I watched them grab them off the heat lamps. What I REALLYHATE is the price. $ 9.45 for a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Are you kidding!!! Almost ten bucks for McDonald’s?! I’m never coming back, that’s for sure. I just thought I’d stop by the mall to kill some time with my son. By no means am I a cheapskate, but for $ 10 I would rather have taken him to Subway for a fresh sandwich. Not McDonalds for fried junk food. If you really really want to have McDonald’s and you’re at the mall, go for it. Otherwise run as fast as you can to an outside franchise. You’ll save money in the long run!
