I literally live kitty corner to this«establishment», for 16 years. Let’s just say their quality of food and service has gotten poorer with every passing year. I can’t speak for this year so far as I’ve opted to never return here again. Let’s start with food. If you’re a person who has any instructions on the food you order, please STAYAWAY. They somehow find a way to even mess up regular food. Do not trust these people to accommodate your needs on special orders. You cannot have it your way or even McDonald’s way. They have a special way here. A FRANCHISE way. Yes they are franchised and for that they have lower, no LOWEST standards. So avoid at all costs. Do not leave that window unless you check your food first. Even your drinks. They are 15% marked up due to being a franchise. Their food is always cold and stale. And their window operators dont even speak English. I really wish I can give 0 stars. I go to the McDonald 3 miles away on Schaumburg and weathersfield even though this is less than a stones throw from my house. BUTTHEREISLIGHTATTHEENDOFTHETUNNEL. Rumor has it the old Champs rest is being converted into a themed McDonald’s. Thanks for your time

Only three cars in front of me, but I waited 10 more minutes, also no napkin, when I asked, that lady gave me a dirty look! What’s wrong with this McDonald’s! I can’t see any service!

They have people who dont speak English there. But the ones you do are very nice and very helpful. They also do have a manager that doesn’t speak at all(very monotone, no smiling, no character at all).

The best McDonald’s ever! Happy involved employees! Made us feel welcome and appreciated, food same as everywhere but service way above average!

I signed up for Unilocal just to write this review. There are 3 McDonald’s within 5 minutes from my house and this is the most horrible one. Come to think about it, it’s the worst one I’ve been to in my life. The service is horrible, the wait time is horrible, it’s McDonald’s come on. Don’t ever go on a Sunday morning when they are busy and frazzled, 20 minutes waiting in one of there wait spots for breakfast sandwiches. It’s just ridiculous.

Have you ever just wanted to start screaming at someone? That’s how I felt today… me and my two friends went to McDonald’s, and I ordered a frappé. I was sitting there, digesting it and catching up with my friends when this lady who works there walks up to me. She says«Are you going to buy something, because there a people waiting to be seating.» FIRST of all, there are about ten open seat. SECOND of all, I had just bought a frappé and threw it away maybe 3 min. ago and was about to leave anyway. I never swear at people, but at that moment I just really wanted to call out on what a b*tch she was being. But like the good catholic child I am, I didn’t. But don’t test me…

Its a McDonalds people. If they couldn’t understand you maybe you could have articulated better. I’ve never had any problems here with my orders. The one thing that I would change about this location is the layout: the drive-thru lane crosses right over one of the main entrances(exits). So, you have to stop way short of the car you are following or you’ll end up straddling the primary pedestrian crosswalk that navigates customers from the parking area. It can get a little awkward when a customer is walking out with their food and nearly open the door into the driver side door of your car and all you can do is sit there because you cars sandwiching you in. Other than that — its a McDonalds and it get the job done when I need it to.

Restaurant Review Not quite sure why so many negative reviews, but maybe my order was nice and simple. This location does have a weird parking lot, small and lots of spaces for drive thru customers to eat in their car. I had a BOGO for any drink and I ordered smoothie which was prepared correctly and fast. Otw I can’t comment to much on the other issues if I had to order more food Pro– dollar menu, drive thru centered restaurant Con– high calorie meal! Hidden deals– Dollar menu

The building is setup goofy. It is small and parking is pretty limited. Would probably be fine if planning on go through the drive-thru. Not recommend if you are going to dine in.

I ordered a decalf with no sugar and guess how it came? Well yeah you guessed it. While McDonalds is great at speed and efficiency, they’re not at the top of their game when it comes to customer service. But hey that’s the trade off I guess.

Okay, if I could seriously give 0 stars, I think I would. Worst. Experience. Ever. Seriously. I know it’s silly to Unilocal a fast-food restaurant, but hey… I’ve gone too far to look back now. The cashier was EXTREMELY complacent and rude, once she finally decided to pay attention to me. My food took forever and once I got it, I was missing my burger!!! How hard is it to get two things into a bag(Burger and fries)!? When I complained the lady snatched the bag out of my hand, as if she didn’t believe me. RUUUUDE. Never going back. Ever.

I’m writing this review while physically sitting inside of McDonald’s. I came in here and got a drink so that I could sit here and work on some business… and while I’ve been working on my computer, using their wifi multiple flies are sauntering across my screen/keyboard/table. It’s shocking since I don’t even have any food for them to get at, yet they’re everywhere! Just looking around, I can actually count about 20. I wouldn’t be surprised if these flies lived their entire lives inside of McDonald’s from maggot-death. I can honestly say, if I needed to eat something… you couldn’t pay me to eat it inside of this place, and I call in to question all of their food sanity considering the quantity of flies. May actually be less flies outside!

OK, I’m the type who’s willing to try anything more than once. In the case of this McDonald’s, BIGMISTAKE! And stupid of me, I tried it for the third time… OMG… What’s bad? Everything other than the location. Menu(2⁄10) It’s McDonald’s, so it’s standard, right? As far as the menu list, yes. But if you look at what you get once you pay, blah! Yesterday was the third time I went there and I ordered a 3pc Chicken Select meal. The chicken was a half the size I normally get somewhere else. The fries was only 80% full. Two weeks ago, the chicken was 70% of normal size although the fries is full. The only consistency they have is every time I go there, I leave as a dissatisfied customer. Price(2⁄10) It’s McDonald’s. The price is pretty much set for each area. But that should get me the right portion for the meal I bought. Did I get it? No. Ambiance(2⁄10) Small and a little dirty. During summer, it’s way too hot for comfort. They probably set the AC to 85 degree to lower cost. I haven’t been there in winter and I don’t think I plan to. Service(1⁄10) At McDonald’s the only service I expect is to get my order done to my satisfaction. But with the way they cut the size of each portion, there’s nothing else I can do but give them a 1. Location(9⁄10) It’s about 5 minute drive from my office, so I don’t have any complaint about the location. Overall score: 3⁄10

ok let me start that i eat too much of this stuff to begin with. Today though I have to say that making breakfast at home certainly seems like a more logical and economical solution to my dilema. I have been a regular here for the last two years. There is a blonde manager that if she is working the food is right. 1. I ordered a fish filet no tarter. first attempt they wipe it off, 2nd there is a itsy bitsy drop in the very center of the sandwich. third time they get it right 2. ice cream cones. for get about it. inconsistancy in making of them and if you dont hold off and order at the window they are melting adn expect you to eat a melting cone. HELLNO! remake time. 3. Today, line management for cars getting into the mcd’s is stupid. just stupid. then i am told it will be a minute for my super special a sandwich minus cheese. HOLDTHEASSEMBYLINE!!! NOCHEEEEESE. fer christs sake. I mean what is so hard … so I ask how long is a minute. It was a rhetorical question. he could just said about 60 seconds and i would have been fine, becuase the obvious 60=1 minute. so he cant give me a answer i drive off sans food. grumpy becuase of the exchange and was hoping to write a review . I will try my best to never go back PS the comment about getting blank stares if your lucky is so true Update 10/17/2011 I will haev the sausage mcmuffin wth egg sandwich only and a coke no ice. Cashier… so taht will be a sausage mcmuffin without ice adn what else? no no no a sausage mcmuffin with egg sandwich only and a large cock no ice. she repeats it back… and then asks. would you like a hot pumpkin spice pie for 50 cents??? I ask back … is that with or without ice? she replies … without ice… Giggles

Ugh… I avoid McDonald’s like the plague. Unfortunately because I’m pretty busy/lazy I end up here more often than I care to think about. I don’t expect much, given that it is fast-food, but it’s not THAT hard to be professional and courteous! Also, I really do love the food but I just hate that guilty feeling afterwards like ‘yep, just killed myself a little bit more…’ I always go through the drive-through, so I can’t say anything about the inside but this is my typical experience… Pull up, there is always a second car in front, so I’m at the #2 speaker. For the longest time I thought this was just a cardboard box painted and set up to look like a second speaker, but I was proven wrong a couple times ago when I actually heard a voice coming out of it. So I attempt to place my order(one or two items usually, nothing special), trying to shout over the cacophony I’m hearing from the speaker, as if there is a grand symphony playing in the kitchen… Anyway, I usually have to repeat it several times since whoever told me they were taking my order was apparently joking and is paying me no attention whatsoever. I get my total and pull up to the window, and here is where the real annoyance starts. After a wordless, eye contact-less transaction(Seriously, not even a smile or a «thank you»! Is it because I don’t speak Spanish? I feel discriminated against!), I sit there waiting for my food to be delivered. And sit there. After a few minutes one of the several people working the window rushes up and barks at me ‘what are you waiting for?’ As in, what did I order. So I meekly tell them and they bark at me ‘Next window!’ Okay, well thanks for telling me that… didn’t know I was supposed to read your mind and know that instead of conveniently handing me my food right now since I’m sitting right here, you just HAD to put it on that stupid conveyor belt and shoot it down to the next window. For some reason the people at the second window are a little more pleasant, maybe because they get to hang out in the back where it’s much more quiet. I don’t know. But once I get my order I rush off, vowing never to return… until the next time I have about 5 minutes to feed my belly. And here’s an extra tidbit — don’t try going here late night. Even though they say they’re open 24 hours — I pulled up one night around midnight and there was already a car in front of me honking and trying to get someone’s attention. I waited for a few minutes and then decided to try elsewhere. Who knows what they would have served by that point?!

This is my favorite McDonald’s! Thanks to the McDonald’s Monopoly game, we’ve been going every single workday morning for a couple of hashbrowns and a drink. The manager has come to know is and is always friendly. I’ve eaten inside in the past and it’s always clean and staff is pleasant. McDonald’s is known for messing up orders & forgetting items… and yes that occasionally happens at this location — but very rarely! Last week, they forgot one item from our order. We went back the next day with our receipt and they gave us the item with no trouble.
