Where I have been as I’ve missed out on this place for so long! Food was soooo delicious and not heavy but still filling with great flavor

It’s your typical noodles! The staff is very friendly and the food is good enough to eat. Perfect for lunch with co-workers

My low rating is for the staff. I LOVE Noodles & Company. I eat there probably more than is good for me. Emeryturę i order my dish, i ask for extra sauce. My previous visit I received my extra sauce and it was laughable! I had to scrape whatever it was out of the container with a piece of shrimp! I’m paying money for air?! When I went back another time, I mentioned this to an employee and the girl rudely stated«well one extra order is one ounce.» This time I ordered 2 extra sides of sauce thinking the amount would be different. It was the SAME amount as 1 ounce! Now I’m stuck eating DRY noodles. Don’t pay for anything extra at this location. Thieves.

Sooooo thrilled to get my Noodles & Company fix today! It’s been what seems like ages since I ate at one of their locations(I currently live in a small town miles away from places like this). While in Chicagoland for a super short weekend, I really wanted to satisfy my Noodle craving… so we came here. I am glad the prices haven’t gone up($ 5.99 for a regular bowl) in the last several years and the meal portions are still reasonable. My Pesto Cavatappi was just as wonderful as I remembered; the size of the Caesar salad disappointed me, but whatever. If you do decide to add meat or sides to your meal, the price does add up, but it’s fine if you stay simple. I just have two complaints about this place. 1) The cashier that took my order barely greeted me or smiled. Blah. 2) Too many of the empty tables were still dirty. Blah. But… Food was good, and my craving was satisfied. That’s all I asked for today.

One of the best Noodles locations that I’ve been to. My sister lives nearby, but we drove out of the way to visit the Meacham restaurant because she said it was much better than the other locations in her area. She was right! (This never happens). Everything was clean, the service was friendly, and our food came out quickly. We ordered the Pad Thai, Japanese Pan Noodles, and the Pesto Cavatappi, which we usually pick up from the Geneva Commons location, and they didn’t disappoint. Our noodles were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of sauce and seasoning. Not bad for under $ 35. As a side note, I think the new dishes really help to class up the food. At the end of the day, we’re all paying $ 10 for a bowl of noodles, but somehow I feel better about that when it comes in a fancy bowl. Keep on doing you, Noodles & Co. You’re not exactly one in a million, but you’re definitely one in ten(ish).

I’ve been to this Noodles & Company located on multiple occasions. The staff is generally very welcoming and one employee even let me sample a couple of the soups when I was unsure of what to choose! For Starters: I’m a big fan of the Potstickers. They are always cooked perfectly and goes with whatever pasta I decide to order. My Standard Order: Penne Rosa w/Parmesan crusted chicken. Amazing combination. Penne Rosa is a tiny bit spicy but with a whole lot of flavor. I could eat this for dinner every night. Spice it up: Indonesian Peanut Sautee. I’m not a HUGE fan of this one, however my boyfriend loves it. It’s enough heat with a bunch of noodles! Desert: Hands down, get the Rice Krispie Treat

Poor service, food is mediocre. We asked for chicken noodle soup, and they brought tomato basil soup. When we asked about it, they made a big deal out of it that they are replacing it without changing extra. Do not recommend this location at all.

First time checking out this chain. Could we call it the noodles version of Pei Wei? It has more variety in terms of cuisine, but when you are presented the menu it works the same way. You pick a flavor — different cuisines like Asian(Bangkok Curry was very good, Pad Thai was pretty good) to Italian(Pesto Cavatappi) to American(Mac’n’Cheese) — and then protein(Pork was great, shrimp was OK). There is a gluten-free/carb-watcher options where you can order ‘in the buff’ by swapping out the noodles for a bed of spinach and an included protein and extra veg.(I wanted to go ‘buff’ but with noodles also, but didn’t try on my first visit). The people at the front were great helping us navigate the menu and options our first time. And also making sure we enjoyed our dish as we ate. The regular sized order is plenty enough food for the price with the protein, has a good mix of veggies to noodles to protein. There was no way to have them make a dish spicy in the kitchen, but they do have a sriracha sauce and slammin’ spice blend that adds enough to your dish to get the job done.(For real, that ‘Smoulder From Boulder’ blend of just red chili/black pepper/cayenne and paprika was great). We’ll be back.

For whatever reason we tend to end up at noodles & co. for lunch a lot? This location is typically clean and they have friendly service. I’ve tried a lot of different menu items here now including: the Japanese pan noodles, steak stroganoff, Mac n cheese, and the Indonesian sauté. Generally the food is decent, the portions are decent, and the price is decent. There is not really a wow factor here but consistency does have its merit. I noticed they have a lot of baked dessert goods(rice crispy treats, cookies, and brownies) that look good but I have not indulged to date. Overall noodles & co. is a good place for a quick lunch. You will get a decent amount of food for a decent price in a generally clean environment from generally friendly people.

I love this place! I have only been here twice. I get the Curry dish with shrimp and it is really good. It has a wide variety of items so easy for people to choose what they want.

During lunch time, this place is almost ALWAYS busy, with a long line to the door. Surprisingly, today, we walked in, and were able to place our order within minutes, AND there was actual seating this time. That hardly ever happens. N&C is a always a good alternative to the usual. I ordered the Pesto Cavatappi, and added a grilled chicken to it(added cost). Second time ordering it and it’s just fantastic. Best part about this place is they have Sriracha sauce on hand, and well, everything is always better with Sriracha on it! The service was quick today and our food only took a few minutes to come out, and I must say, it was pretty good.

Whatever that fell soup was, it most certainly was not«yellow curry.» Just nasty. Cheap vegetables that also happen not to be nutritious. Horrid customer service and our orders took forever to arrive. Staff isn’t the brightest.

Probably about the best way I can describe this place is that it is essentially a noodles version of Chipotle. They use very fresh and appetizing ingredients, which is a variable that makes all the difference in the world to a(I admit, highly Americanized) Thai noodle joint. Also like Chipotle, they kick out food in very rapid succession in an assembly line type of fashion. So no need to feel intimidated if the line is long and you are on your lunch hour, as they kick out product lightning quick. From the time to place your order until the time you are paying for it will be 2 – 3 min tops. As for the food itself, it is pretty spectacular for it’s type. I have been here several times since it is so close to my office and handy for a quick lunch. I have yet to get a bad bowl. Consistency is an important variable to places like this, and thus far they have held up their end of the bargain. If you want to throw caution into the wind as far as nutrition, go for the mac and cheese bowl with parmesan chicken. It is creamy and fantastic, and with a little Sriracha it’s absolutely heavenly and worth a little extra time of cardio. Trust me! On my most recent visit I decided to go more traditional and opted for the Tomato Bisque and Bangkok Curry with shrimp. The soup was amazingly good, with a tangy like zip of flavor that was very satisfying. On my previous visit, the chicken noodle was not as good. It was loaded with great ingredients, but the broth was somewhat bland. Not the case with the bisque, as it was phe-nom-nom-inal! The Bangkok curry dish was also fantastic, and they did not overdo it on the curry either. This tends to be the case at many places that serve a similar dish. Don’t get me wrong, I love the flavor of curry, but when they go overboard to the point that I need to take a half hour shower and gargle bleach before even attempting to come near my GF, I would call that problematic. Cheap Indian joints are notorious for this. I envision kitchen exchanges in places like those to be something to the effect of: Cook 1– «Oh, the flavor is a bit off, you say???» Cook 2– «No problem, just add 12 cups of curry powder to the sauce and it should fix it right up». Yeah, lame! The noodles themselves were not sticking together and tasted very fresh and the vegetables were also a cut above average. I like my vegetables to still maintain a minor amount of firmness, not be cooked to mush like you get at a Mongolian BBQ, so good marks there. Lastly, service from the staff here has always been friendly during my visits and the restaurant has always been clean. Overall, this is a great option if you are in the area and want to grab a bite. Not worth traveling a great distance for, but the food is quite good and it’s inexpensive enough that it’s not going to be a problem if you stick to a budget. Yes, it’s a chain, which tends to bring out harshness by those with a pretentiousness complex, but I can assure you that the food stands well on it’s own merits.

Food is great but the service at this location is a joke! On the door it states they are open until 10pm. We get here at 9pm. Order a dish that has chicken in it and the woman behind the counter gives me a look then turns toward the grill — turns back to me and says it’s going to be lot longer wait because they are shutting down the grills! What??? An hour before close they are shutting down the grills??? NOODLES! KEEPYOURBUSINESSOPENUNTILCLOSE! After you close THEN start cleaning the place up in the kitchen! Business 101!

Well it’s clearly stated they are open until 10 p.m. but try showing up at 9 and they tell you the grill has already been cleaned up. Talk about a guilt trip. But hey, I want a little protein on my pasta. It’s on the menu, you are open until 10… open the grill back up. No need for the snot look, honey, we are simply looking for a decent meal after work. Keep your grill open until the store closes. Period. While the food is tasty and deserves more than a single star, I am obliged to deduct 4 stars for the smug look and thought of the griller spitting in my food. Oh, look, more customers! You are open for another 45 minutes. Deal with it kiddos!

I was really hoping the reviews about the Mac & Cheese were wrong; they were not. My best friend and I both got a small bowl of the Wisconsin Mac, and it just wasn’t anything to write home about. It certainly helped that it costs less than $ 5, but that doesn’t excuse getting elbow noodles with a pinch of shredded cheddar, plus a few drops of liquid cheese below, but not enough to balance the noodles. I was really excited when the bowl landed, because the noodles are cheese-colored… then I realized they were bare, apart from the few shredded pieces, haha. Honestly, given the choice, I would rather make boxed mac & cheese. That said, service was prompt, price was right for eating out, and I was just thrilled to be with my best friend. If/when we come back, I’m ordering something else.

I have no problem with this place except the price/portion size. When a small does not even fill up my four year old(think stomach the size of your fist) who had been snacking til lunch… that to me is a problem. Their profit margin must be awesome though. People working there were nice. Food came out quick. Food was good.

I treated myself to Indonesian peanut sauté with chicken for my first visit to Noodles & Co. Service was fast, and I seated myself by the window. I had water, but I noticed they had one of those new Coke Freestyle machines for those that are fans.(I like ‘em but it takes too long when somebody doesn’t know what they want.) Got my dish of noodles but immediately surprised by the amount of bean sprouts littered atop my meal. Not cooked, but I guess it works. Mixed in with the noodles, the crispness came down making it more manageable to eat. I didn’t realize this was a spicy dish, but that’s ok. I can scarf down kimchi like nobody’s business. Noodles were good but tasted a bit too close to pad thai for my liking. Chicken was cut flat, and was dry. Will I come again? Given the choice of an authentic Thai/Indonesian restaurant or Noodles & Co., probably not. Was the food bad? Not really, but it wasn’t great either.

My daughter chose Noodles and Company. Typically, if I want noodles, I’ll go to an Asian noodle house. But, since Sarah counts macros, everything is available here. This is the newer location in Schaumburg across from Costco. It was not particularly crowded. I ordered Pad Thai. It was okay — not as good as I would expect to get from a real Thai restaurant. But, it was certainly fresh and filling. Here, you order at the counter and they deliver it to you when it’s ready. At least you know it is freshly made. This is not my favorite way of being served at a restaurant, which probably accounts for the three stars more than anything. Food = okay, prices = fair, service = eh.
