I can’t remember ever wishing for a way to give more than 5 stars. These folks clearly deserve more.
We wanted to ship a large custom made doll house to Australia. It was made decades ago by my parents for our daughter, and now we want her daughter to have it. Trouble is they live in Australia.
After a good deal of searching, it looked like shipping it as ocean cargo was the only real option, for about $ 1,000. Then the idea of taking it with us as checked luggage hit me. The size is within airline allowances, but how to pack it???
Enter the people at Prime Pack & Ship. They immediately had a solution, on which they perfectly delivered. We ended with a cardboard box, reinforced, with a two piece foam mold custom made by them to fit around the doll house. I dropped the doll house off late one afternoon and by 10:30 the next morning it was ready to be picked up. Great service, great product, fair pricing, nothing else I could ask for.

I was really happy with my experience at Prime Pack & Ship. I was referred here by Fed Ex when they couldn’t pack a monitor I was trying to ship for work. The service here is super friendly and very fairly priced. They can pretty much ship and pack anything you can think of. He made sure that they saved me the most amount of money they could, and they did a really great job. I had also been looking for a place that could make a custom box or crate to ship our TV in for a trade show. They were able to make a custom box with padding for a really, really decent price. It ended up saving us hundreds of dollars (TV cases can be very expensive). I highly recommend them!
