Pro Mechanical

My first interaction with Pro Mechanical was when they came to my newly purchased house on a home warranty service call. If you’ve ever dealt with home warranty companies, you know not to let your expectations get too high as they tend to pick vendors that are sub-par…but Pro Mechanical was exceptional!
Randy and his crew are good! The problem ended up being a little elusive — but Nick came about six times with a smile on his face and treated our home like his own.
The home warranty is long gone but I’ve called on Pro Mechanical several times since then — for heating/​air conditioning service calls, they installed my tank-​less water heater, to get a quote for new A/​C and furnace… and the service has been outstanding every single time.
They show up when they say they are going to, prices are fair, they don’t try to up-​sell/​over-​sell just to inflate the bill, are respectful of my home… cover their shoes and such, and don’t mind me hovering over them or asking idiotic questions.
As long as Randy is in business, Pro Mechanical will be my first and only call for heating/​cooling work.
