I would have given PSI 10 stars if I had that option! No need to look for another company, PSI is the only one you should call. I wish I would have known about this company when my water heater went out last year. I had another company, through one of those big box stores, come and I got ripped off and had horrible service. I was very nervous about having another plumber out for another issue. However, PSI was recommended through a friend. Bruce scheduled the visit when it was convenient for me and was on time. His customer service was tremendous, the rates were very reasonable, and completed the job on time.

Ok, you have a sump problem and you panic… No need to worry this company came through with flying colors… I can’t begin to explain the great service, the honesty, knowledge that they deliver .
It’s not easy to make me happy but I felt compelled to write a review how professional this company is and how quickly they came out and fixed my problem. I also recommended them to a friend and they even came out on a Sunday. Does not get better than that … Highly recommended. I would give them 6 stars. Outstanding. Thank you Bruce … Keep up the good work.

For PSI Plumbing
Not only did they show up on time which is a real issue now a days they took care of the issues we had right away. Bruce came out and rodded the sewer in the pouring rain but wanted to make sure it was completed before he left. He also took care of the inside plumbing causing many problems the next day. AGAIN showing up on time. Very polite. Very clean. Very reasonable prices. I will always use them and plan on giving out their cards I collected from him! Thanks Bruce!
