Definitely would recommend this Public Storage facility, based on how competent, helpful, knowledgeable & friendly Khalilah was. I needed to purchase moving boxes and she suggested exactly what I needed. Public Storage gets a 5-​Star rating because of this employee. She even insisted on helping me load the boxes into my car. Great customer service person! People like Khalilah make it a pleasure to do business. Only wish more businesses had such great staff and customer service. And, the moving boxes and wardrobes were reasonably priced.

Khalilah was very friendly and energetic. She got us signed up and in the unit in less than 10 minutes. As a «no nonsense» person with these kinds of things I really appreciated every bit of efficiency, and the great customer service was the icing on the cake. Thank you!
