What can I say besides do not go here? Appointments are not honored. For my third visit in a row, I have watched walk-ins go back before and was seen over 45 minutes past my appointment time. The front desk staff is incredibly rude and, quite simply, inefficient. The doctor never apologizes for my time lost and seems oblivious to the fact that some of us have outside lives that require a timely schedule. The waiting room is outdated, small, smelly and filthy. Finally, I have had a thyroid disease for over 10 years. All of my doctors, including specialists, have required blood work once a year. If the labs come back normal, see you in a year unless I am experiencing a change. This place requires a visit BEFORE blood work and then takes 3 – 4 days to get back to you. The deal breaker for me is that they also require it every 3 months. Maybe for insurance money? Again, an inconvenience. When I call back looking for the results after they have failed to do so by the three days, they are so rude and act like I am a bother. I chose to go here because it was close to my house and my insurance covered it. I hate it. And would rather pay cash for quality coverage than to be treated like I don’t matter. Do not go here. As nice as Dr. Ghani is, it’s just not even worth the hassle.
