Sunny Construction & Remodeling

Rafal and Sunny Construction did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel. They ripped out an older tub, took the wall liner off, and ripped down the old drywall. They then put up new drywall, a new tub, a new shower valve, and installed new wall tiles and accents. It looks fantastic and I am very happy I chose to go with Sunny Construction.
1) Pricing was very fair and reasonable. I had gotten 5 total quotes for the job and did my research on the estimates. Rafal had the best price.
2) Quality of work was excellent. I am the type of person who looks at even the smallest things. They did a great job and I can gladly say that they paid great attention to detail.
3) We hit a snag during mid-​operation when they found some pipes where they shouldn’t be and my shower base wouldn’t fit. Rafal carefully went over the different options with me and we decided to install a tub. He chose the perfect tub for us and only charged us the difference in materials.
4) They finished when they said they were going to finish. Actually, they even beat their estimated project time. They went straight through our project from start to finish with no delays.
I have a few other projects that I need to do around the house and I will not hesitate to go with Sunny Construction again. I highly recommend them.

Rafal remodeled my down stairs bathroom. He did a fantastic job and completed in the time he had promised. Rafal and his coworkers are very professional and I was happy with his work. I would not hesitate to use him again.

I have called Rafal a couple of times. He responds in time and the work performed is very good. I had some Electric work done by him. He arrived on time, got everything installed and cleaned up after. I am looking to do more work in the house and Sunny Construction will be my first choice.

These guys are awesome. They helped us removed dining room walls and finish walls to create open concept floor plan, installed closet headers and doors. Completed the project on-​time as promised with awesome quality. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Rafal and team!
