Swarovski Gallery Store

The only one star received because of the brand name. The employee Victoria is very unwelcoming and rude to their customers. I had encountered a bad customer service. Just make sure you are well dress up to their standard before you walk in. Otherwise they will consider you as a non potential customers. It was the most unpleasant approaches ever. I visit the store with my childrens. The whole time she was eyeing us and to top it off, she stood good standing distance watching us as if we were thief. I even let know know that she was making my children very uncomfortable. She didn’t care and still stood there watching us. Unbelievable! Called corporate and filed a complain. Requested a call for apologizing for the rudeness and unpleasant visit. They didn’t bother to call back. This store is to my final conclusion: they don’t care about the customers and support discrimination!

Cute store. Have minimal items to look at. Prices can be a bit over priced but do have a few nice pieces.
