I went in last week for a battery but they did not have the one that I needed(the sales associate –believe his name was urial-claimed they were sold out), I was disappointed but the manager(short with long blonde hair) put me on a list and let me know they would call as soon as they got more batteries. I was disappointed at first but the manager showed me the new collection that had just came out and was very helpful. I ended up buying a watch from her, great service. Turned the whole experience around!

I usually shop at the Michigan Ave Swatch store, but I went to the Woodfield location on my lunch break… I’ll definitely go back for my next Swatch. Alexa was very helpful… she even tossed in some material to help my young son tell time. Great sales rep… great store. Good job.

I only have one word to describe this swatch location… WOW! the entire staff was great. I’ve never had such great customer service! I have visited Swatch locations before, but I have never had service like this!!! When I visited the store the mall was not busy so I had two associates helping me, which was great. Johnalyn and Tanya were so nice and definitely made my shopping experience at swatch more fun! Tanya helped me pick out not only one, but two great watches for my nephews and they loved them !!! I will be visiting her again soon for more watches! If you’re in the Schaumburg area this swatch location is by far the best one I have been to!

These people were really helpful and very friendly upon walking inside the store. My sis is into Swatch Watches. The sales guy was showing us the latest cool trends and technology with these fun looking watches! If I ever need to purchase a Swatch Watch, this is the place I would come to. The way the sales guy approached us was so awesome! So TWOTHUMBSUP to this location!!!

I purchased a watch here recently and when I paid for it with my credit card, the cashier told me that the first swipe didnt go through since their computer froze, so she asked me swipe my card again, which I did. So I went home and thought nothing of it until I checked my account online. Good thing I did because I noticed that both transactions posted on my account. I called them up the next day to tell them that they double charged me. Their manager, Allan told me he will email their ‘finance people’ to get it cleared up and it has already been a week and a half and numerous follow up calls from me, they are still apparently waiting for a response from whomever their emailed. I cant believe a store like that doesnt have the ability to reverse charges directly and still need to contact their corporate office to get something like this resolved. After numerous phone calls to follow up on my issue and see when the charges will get reversed, I finally just decide to call my credit card and dispute the charge. Needless to say, I will NEVEREVER shop at this store again. It is obviously a glitch in their system, and yet to resolve it will take forever.

My husband purchased a watch for our son at the Swatch store in Boston and my son wasn’t very keen on the design. We found that there was a Swatch store in Woodfield Mall and so headed there 3 days later to make a simple exchange(which our receipt deemed appropriate). Because my son had tried the watch on, the manager would not exchange! She was rude and short with us. I was pleasant to her, but very disappointed. I came home and tried calling the store to ask for a suggested next step and the person answering their phone simply picked up the phone & hung it up(twice!). I’ve honestly never dealt with such poor customer service in my life. My advice? Buy your Swatch from a department store — the selection of watches is the same(the store was not very large) and they will, most likely, have better service and a more reasonable exchange policy!
