Taco Bell

Every time I come here I sit for about 20 – 30 minutes. Management really needs to figure out what’s going on here. It’s been like this for over a year. I keep my fingers crossed that today will be different and it never is. The next one is about 15 minutes from here. Making a complaint on the website whenever I get the hell out of this drive-​thru!

they totally messed up our order… yet again! my daughter ordered a family meal, consisting of ten tacos, and a plethora of other items! but they only managed to get one order (out of six) correct! they only put two out of ten tacos in the bag! everything else in that huge bag was not even close to what she ordered! :(who has the time to open each individual wrapper to make sure it’s correct?! then the phone number on the website is wrong! so who’s there to complain to? this is the third time there and the third time the drive through had it so wrong it hurt! unbelievable! who’s in charge? can someone be held accountable for the extremely horrible and rude service? because not only are idiots working the window, but they’re also rude as can be! please avoid this location! go there at your own peril!!! only if y’all have the time to check every single item or drive back! otherwise, avoid this particular location like the black plague!!! just sayin! *btw, had to give a star rating or this would not be posted! :(i would like the zero or no star at all options! yes! it’s that bad there!!! you’ve been warned! lol!

I haven’t even eaten my food yet bc I’ve been in the drive through for 20 MINUTES!!! No apology. Nothing. Still waiting for food now that I am finally at the window. The line was only 4 cars deep when I pulled up. Terrible. Just pulled away and still no apology for the wait.

WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Terrible customer service employees are rude. An employee was starting his shift and he cut a customer to make an order before his shift started. Don’t waste your time here…

This is the worst food I’ve ever had in the northwest suburbs. The food is very salty and they always mess up my order!!! But I will never eat here again.

If I can give them 0 star, I would! Their drive tru sucks! I’m still in my car waiting to get my order in and it has been more than 30mins. There was 3 cars ahead of me. Wtf is taking so long? And you know what sucks? You are stuck in the drive tru coz there’s no way out! I’m telling you, if there’s even one car ahead of you, don’t stop by!!! If you value your time. Not worth it!

What can I say TB?!? Your chicken quesadillas do not disappoint… The rest of the menu??? Ay caramba!

Great location on Golf rd, nearby other restaurants, and other shops. However, I’m definitely not a fan of fast food restaurants except Portillos. So sorry for the low ratings. I just wish that fast food joints used better quality foods.
Can’t go wrong with TB late night though so I can’t hate =)

If you want «Mexican» for cheap, this is where you go. I will admit that their seasoned ground beef for the tacos is quite tasty, and I like the fact that you can use as many sauce packets as you like. For those with dairy intolerance you can substitute the cheese from Pico De gallo on some of the offerings. Value meals are usually no more than $ 6.
Only thing I would improve is the speed of the service. Sometimes it takes as long as 25 minutes to get an order out. Other than that, recommended place for inexpensive dining.

Laura: Around 12:40pm today, we went to the drive-​thru. The cashier, Dominick, was very friendly and took our order accurately. The food took a little long to prepare, but our order contained many items (a #3 combo for Ash as usual, as well as a Mexican Pizza and 2 tacos for me and Pedro). We went home, and I gave Ash his food. He asked if I checked the bag to see if his combo was «supreme». I said «No, I didn’t check».
Right away, he fumbled frantically through the wrappers and yelled «GOD DAMN IT, What the hell is this shit!?! Again. Again. AGAIN?! You gotta me kidding me, dog!».
I gave him the receipt, and he looked at it and saw that it was indeed the supreme combo I ordered. He just said «We gotta tell Unilocal about this cuz they keep doing this to me». Anyway, Pedro and I enjoyed our food just fine.

Ash: Disrespected by Taco Bell AGAIN. Look, at #3 combo is Supreme (has tomatoes and sour cream on them). The #8 is the one without tomatoes and sour cream. Why do they keep doing this to me? This ain’t the cashier’s fault, but why can’t the kitchen do it right? I yelled at my half-​sister and I regret that. It ain’t her job to have to check the accuracy of my order.
I am hurt and angry. Thank God they included my side of avocado ranch, or I woulda confronted this situation directly.
Good riddance. I’m about to start paying more for Chipoltle, a place where I feel respected and treated right as a customer.

Service is still a little slow, but at least it’s always friendly. The food, well… it’s Taco Bell. Even when I know that I’ll have to contend with an unpleasant stomachache and a vacation on my toilet after having a meal here, I just can’t help the occasional craving. Especially the prices: hello, $ 5 box!

I drive by ther all d time n get a quick midnight snack. Today I thru d drive thru like usual, get to d window 2 pay & of all days, today i forget to bring my wallet. The bill was only $ 3. So, I start looking for change in the car. The employee Karla to the rescue! I was so surprised that she gave me my food for free. Even tho it was only $ 3 my stomach was jumping for joy. From the bottom of my stomach, THANK YOU KARLA. I hope u get a raise.

Stay away from this location. EVERY TIME I HAVE ORDERED THERE I COME HOME AND THERE IS AT LEASE 1 THING MISSING OR WRONG. VERY FRUSTRATING. I speak VERY clearly and I’m lead to believe they understand what I say but NOOOOO… just go somewhere else. You pay extra for something and you don’t get it.

You were open when I needed you. You got my order right. Your mediocre food of questionable authenticity was still hot when I got it back to the hotel room. Te quiero Taco Bell.

I have gone to this place more than 10 times only drive through.
The foods are pretty decent I would say. And I like their cheap value meal.
I can not remember the name of the meals but they are cheap and tasty.
I like to go sometimes.^^

Normal Taco Bell.

Until recently I really liked this Taco Bell. They are fast, and they used to be really accurate. Unfortunately, the last 3 months the order inaccuracty was at about 50%. It got the point that I had to open up every single food item to make sure it was correct. (I don’t eat meat, so I substitute rice with meat). Finally, one day I had it. I happened to have a really long day at work, and I needed some dinner, fast. I baby sat the order, and I thought it was right. When I got home, I discovered to my dismay that there was meat in my tacos. I lost it… Seriously lost it. I called them up, reported by problem, turned down offer of free food. I haven’t been back since.

It’s a Taco Bell. It serves Taco Bell food.
This particular TB has a special place in my memory since I was in the drive-​through lane when the OJ verdict was read. That earns it an extra star.

So I’ve basically grown up eating here; my dad’s auto repair shop is just up the street.
They consistently fill quick, accurate orders. And most of the workers I’ve encountered there are friendly and polite.
Bonus: they know how to hook a girl up. I do not eat meat, so when I order items sans beef, they make up the difference with extra lettuce, beans, tomatoes, etc.
And that makes me happy.

I cannot tell you how many times I’ve eaten at this taco bell while completely trashed out of my mind. I love it. Memories flood my brain when I get drunk as I crave grilled stuft burritos like a madman. I’m still full from lunch and I’m craving one right now!
There is a place in hell for me.
