The salon has some really talented hair stylists. I had them fix some work done at another salon(hotheadz). It’s going to take a few more appointments but they are doing such a great job. Always leave there feeling great. Thank you for fixing my hair!!!

The customer service is lacking big time at this location. I will try not to return to this location unless absolutely necessary. I am so tired of being stared down at the check out counter. Using their $ 3.50 coupon is usually like you are the cheapest person in the world and also must be the hardest thing for the worker to scan the coupon because they always huff about it. And when the purchased is paid and over and they hand me the bag, I am the one saying thank you and I don’t even get a response. Who is the customer here??!

I walked in and no one greeted me, which I found extremely rude considering there were no customers other than myself in the store. I was looking for help to find a certain product and it didn’t seem like anyone was even working, took me almost 5 minutes to find someone to help me! very frustrating …

Great location(across Woodfield mall) and pretty organized. Although I always wish there were more employees to help out customers at every Ulta I go to. If I had a question about a product, I would usually have to go to the counter to get answers/service. I guess I have a different business model in mind… Anyway, this place is always great because they always carry more selections than the drugstores. And the best part is, they always have coupons! Stay pretty!

Sure they might have every product you can think of, but you cannot get any help finding what you need. This location seams to be under staffed. Every time I come here I gabr wait in a long line to check out.

The staff here is amazing. I used to be a regular tanner, and I stopped 4 months ago. I came in to get all new face make up, and their associate Natalie was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and kind, and she made me feel comfortable while giving me a mini makeover. Great customer service!

Ridiculous customer service. Felt like an incovenience, while they set up their Benefit event. Blowing up mascara props and unpacking boxes was more important than helping a customer find product. I had 2 employees bicker in front of me about who could help me. Most of the staff are unorganized and poorly trained. I will not return to this Ulta. TIP: Set up your events during hours customers are not present.

Love how they carry both brand names and drug store brands. Although some products are over priced, but when they have discounts, it’s not too bad. Of course brand names are going to expensive, but it’s worth it. I support the products that aren’t tested on animals. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Although they ran out of the trio urban decay product that I wanted, but the girl helping me tried her best and looked in all the spots it could have been stored.

I love Ulta for the«one stop shopping» appeal — they carry every brand I could want, from high end brands to drug store stuff. This location was nothing special, but there was only one cashier and quite a long line. Despite having PLENTY of consultants on the floor, no one came to help her. She adjusted well though and actually started using two registers at the same time, so she could start one customers transaction while the other was finishing. That’s multi-tasking and customer service! Still, someone should have been there to help her. Prices are average and if you get their emails, there are always coupons for purchases of $ 10 or more.
